In this society, high-class people live, and security is good, with unknown individuals not allowed entry without residents' permission. Location-wise, there is a bus stop and supermarkets within 200 meters, and schools and hospitals are 1 km away. The road quality is good, and street lights are working. Ample parking spaces are available. Amenities include a cricket pitch, skating ground, football court, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, walking track, community hall, and children's play area. Maintenance is thorough, with proper cleaning and garbage collection. The power supply is reliable, and the lifts are well-maintained. Construction is solid, with no leakage issues. The surrounding people are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The society is facing water issues, causing inconvenience to residents. Reliable and consistent water supply is needed to address this problem and ensure a comfortable living environment.

Good things here
The people are friendly, and there is good interaction among residents. We celebrate many festivals together. Connectivity-wise, it�s a prime location with a metro station, bus stop, supermarket, school, and hospitals within 1 km. The roads are in good condition with adequate street lights and parking space. Maintenance is excellent, with daily cleaning and regular garbage collection. There is reliable water and power supply, and the lift functions well. The construction has no leakage issues, with proper ventilation and ample sunlight overall. Balconies and amenities like a swimming pool, gym, children's play area, walking track, clubhouse, and community hall are available.
Things need improvement
The society faces significant traffic issues on the main road, causing congestion and delays for residents. Solutions are needed to improve traffic flow and ensure smoother commutes.

Plus, there are awesome amenities like a swimming pool, gym, playground for kids, and a walking track. Maintenance is top-notch - they keep everything clean and collect garbage daily. The lifts work well, and there's no shortage of water or power. And to top it off, the neighbors are friendly and educated, making it a wonderful community to be a part of.
Things need improvement
Residents are worried about leakage issues in the walls of the society, and it's becoming a major concern. Urgent repairs are needed to fix these problems and prevent any further damage to the building structure.

Friendly people, they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby.
Things need improvement
There are some issues with the functioning of lift which can result into serious issues at some point , it needs to be resolved. No other issues in the society.
