While it's decent, there are occasional issues with traffic congestion during peak hours, especially near the entrance and exit points. Residents often face delays when commuting to nearby areas or accessing public transport options. Enhancing connectivity infrastructure, such as improving road conditions or exploring additional transportation options, would greatly alleviate these issues and enhance convenience for residents. I'm fortunate to have several positive aspects that contribute to a fulfilling living experience. Firstly, there's a good market nearby, making it convenient to access essential amenities and services. The presence of a proper swimming pool adds to the quality of life, and I'm pleased to note that hygiene standards are well maintained in the pool area. Security in the society is top-notch, providing residents with a sense of safety and peace of mind. Additionally, parking allotments are decent, and I haven't encountered any issues in this regard. It's reassuring to know that my vehicle is well accommodated within the society premises. One of the highlights of living here is the sense of community among neighbors. Everyone is kind and friendly, and there's a strong willingness to come together and celebrate events.

I've been a resident of this society for quite some time now, and I genuinely can't think of anything that needs improvement. I'm very satisfied with the amenities and overall living experience here. I'm really relieved to hear that there haven't been any reported issues with seepage or leakage within our property. It definitely makes for a more comfortable and dry living environment, which is so important for our overall well-being. I also want to commend the security measures in place. It's great to see personnel diligently performing their duties to maintain the safety and security of our premises. Knowing that we have a dedicated team looking out for us is really reassuring. And having lifts that are in good working order is such a relief. It ensures reliable vertical transportation within the building, which makes it much easier for me to move around, especially when I need to access higher floors.
Things need improvement
Experiencing frequent power cuts is indeed frustrating and can cause disruptions and inconvenience for all occupants. It disrupts daily routines, impacts productivity, and can even pose safety concerns, especially if it occurs during crucial tasks or emergencies.

Good things here
Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Roads are wide enough. Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done on time. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Paintings are also done on time. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together, people are very friendly. Proper Balcony is available.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. There is double parking given which sometimes is a problem. Automated parking is an issue. Water logging issues are seen around the society. Drainage system is not good in the society.

Good things here
The management team of the society was very efficient and kept the society well-maintained. The elevators were always working, and all modern amenities were present and well-maintained. There was enough parking space for residents. Water supply was available 24/7. The residents were very friendly, and we celebrated all festivals together. I never experienced any leakage or seepage issues in my flat. The society was pet-friendly, and services like Ola and Uber were available. There were no traffic issues around the society.
Things need improvement
The small market beneath the society often led to congestion as many people parked their vehicles on both sides of the road, making it narrow. The parking available for visitors in the society was limited. Although autos were available sometimes, they weren't always accessible.
