the society was good maintenance staff or community was good walkable distance and all need grocery Shop and hospital very near to the society security and apartment was totally clean and well maintained good for family stay
Things need improvement
some bachelor noises some flat owner's are local and landlord was same area he has some condition not good for bachelor

Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available within walking distance and accessible inside the apartment complex. The amenities, such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, are well-maintained and hygienic. The maintenance of lifts is commendable. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking space is ample, and there are visitor parking spots available. Residents are friendly and respectful. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants within walking distance from the society.
Things need improvement
Public transportation is located quite far from the society, approximately several kilometers away. The construction quality is subpar, evidenced by leakages and seepages in some of the flats. Traffic congestion near the society is a significant inconvenience.

Good things here
This society's location is very convenient because it is situated on the main road, providing easy access to all the residents' needs. It has several schools, small shopping malls, various markets, clinics, and bus stops nearby. The construction quality of the society is excellent, with regular checkups conducted for plumbing and electricity maintenance. The society's association is also commendable; it efficiently manages and promptly addresses minor issues. Garbage collection and disposal are carried out daily without any glitches, and there are no problems with the water supply. The maintenance charges for 2BHK are around Rs.3800 per month and for 2BKH around Rs. 4500 per month Residents enjoy excellent amenities, including a community hall, playground, swimming pool, walking area, gym, badminton court, and ample parking space.
Things need improvement
The only thing is there is a need for improvement in regular cleaning and sometimes it takes a bit extra time to fix the issues.
