Connectivity acchi hai metro pass m hai aur auto cabs arram se mil jate hai,contruction quality bulding acchi hai seepage ki issue nhi hoti hai ,festivals m society m celebration hota hai

Good things here
Transportation connectivity was good, with schools and hospitals conveniently located near the society. The construction quality was also satisfactory, with no reported seepage or leakage issues in the building. Additionally, CCTV cameras were installed throughout the premises for added security.
Things need improvement
After exploring various aspects and analyzing the user's preferences, it was challenging to identify numerous dislikes. However, they noted that membership for amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse in the society was not provided to tenants, which could be disappointing for those seeking access to such facilities.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good with wide roads and easy reachability to every route. Maintenance is fine with no and water supply water logging issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse do exist in the society.
Things need improvement
Security management is very poor, would like to rate it as 2. Guards and supervisors are not working properly. The maintenance of the amenities is also not good. Construction quality is poor with some seepage issues.

Good things here
There was a gym available. All the neighbors were friendly, and we celebrated festivals together harmoniously.
Things need improvement
There was a problem with the plumber they wouldn't listen when complaints were made about plumbing issues. Once, both main doors got locked automatically, trapping me and my children inside. We had to call someone to unlock them because they wouldn't open. The responsibility for this should have been taken by the society, but they didn't. Also, my main door lock was the same as my neighbors, and their keys could open my door. When we complained, they said it wasn't their fault if the locks were the same. There were seepage problems in the kitchen, the walls were damp, and my husband had to spend his own money to fix it because the society didn't take responsibility. There was no swimming pool in the society and There was often an issue with mobile network connectivity in the society as well.

Transports near the area of society is quite good.people are very friendly.the amenities are everytime maintained.
Things need improvement
There is cockroaches in the society.seepage problem in the walls.the building maintenance not so good.

Good things here
There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The society is kept clean and hygine is properly maintained. Lifts are functional and maintained properly. Power backup is available in the society. Club house is available.
Things need improvement
Maintainance of the society is average and not upto the mark. Parking spaces are still not alloted to the residents properly. There is a lot of parking realated chaos that happens in the society as cars are parked randomly anywhere. Sometimes power cuts happens in the society. The security system is not good in the society, anyone without permission can come in and out of the society. Bus stops are quite far from the society, If someone depends on public transport then that is an issue as public transports like auto, buses, cabs are not available easily outside the society. Metro is very far from the society. Park is available but there are only 5 to 6 swings available in the park but there are more than 300 childrens in the society, the park is very small for that. Pet Dogs makes the society very dirty. Stray dog issues are faced a lot, they come to bite. Amenities were promised by the builder but it is never made in this society. The construction quality is very bad, wall quality is not good at all. The society is not at all safe for kids as one child went missing from the society because of the security system being so poor. Robbery happens a lot in this society.

The connectivity to the society is very good as it is located on road and the market is also near by to the society ,Maintenance is also good as the society is kept very neat and clean and the people are also very good and supportive and come together for all the events that is organised in the society.

A nice balcony can add a lot to the living experience. Play area for kids AIs nice. Walking area around the atmosphere is very good.

Connecting like autos are not good in the society. Aving a healthy food options in front in the society is inconvenient.
