Good things here
I've been living in this society for a while now, and it has a lot to offer in terms of facilities and convenience. The connectivity is excellent, with buses, autos, and cabs readily available. There's a hospital, school, and a market nearby, and the metro station is just a 15-minute walk away, which is really handy. One of the things I appreciate most is the designated parking, with rules that are strictly followed, ensuring order. Garbage collection is regular, and it's properly segregated into dry and wet waste, keeping the environment clean. The elevators are installed and maintained regularly, so there's never an issue with them. The 24/7 water and electricity supply, along with a backup system, means I never have to worry about disruptions. Any issues that come up are resolved within a day or two, which is very efficient. The flats are well-ventilated, with no problems of seepage or termites. There are modern amenities like a gym, clubhouse, all of which are well-maintained. Security is taken seriously, with 24/7 guards and CCTV surveillance, making me feel very safe. What really stands out to me is the community spirit here. Cultural festivals are regularly celebrated together, and the neighbors are incredibly humble and friendly, which creates a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. Things need improvement
Also there are a few areas that need improvement. Although there is a swimming pool, it is not functional, which is disappointing. The gym lacks equipment, and the overall maintenance of amenities is not up to the mark. Additionally, I believe the society could benefit from the installation of more solar equipment to promote sustainability and reduce energy costs. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the living experience. read more
