Good things here
All schools, markets, hospitals are nearby within 1-2km range. Cabs and autos are eaisly available. Construction quality is good. Garden, Gym, clubhouse , swimming pool is available and is well maintained. Its a gated community and is secure.

I've been living in this society for a while now, and it has a lot to offer in terms of facilities and convenience. The connectivity is excellent, with buses, autos, and cabs readily available. There's a hospital, school, and a market nearby, and the metro station is just a 15-minute walk away, which is really handy. One of the things I appreciate most is the designated parking, with rules that are strictly followed, ensuring order. Garbage collection is regular, and it's properly segregated into dry and wet waste, keeping the environment clean. The elevators are installed and maintained regularly, so there's never an issue with them. The 24/7 water and electricity supply, along with a backup system, means I never have to worry about disruptions. Any issues that come up are resolved within a day or two, which is very efficient. The flats are well-ventilated, with no problems of seepage or termites. There are modern amenities like a gym, clubhouse, all of which are well-maintained. Security is taken seriously, with 24/7 guards and CCTV surveillance, making me feel very safe. What really stands out to me is the community spirit here. Cultural festivals are regularly celebrated together, and the neighbors are incredibly humble and friendly, which creates a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this society offers a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.
Things need improvement
Also there are a few areas that need improvement. Although there is a swimming pool, it is not functional, which is disappointing. The gym lacks equipment, and the overall maintenance of amenities is not up to the mark. Additionally, I believe the society could benefit from the installation of more solar equipment to promote sustainability and reduce energy costs. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the living experience.

The friendly and cooperative atmosphere, along with the celebration of cultural events and festivals together, fosters a strong sense of community and belonging. With ample parking space available, residents can enjoy convenient parking arrangements.

Water supply issues and traffic congestion are particularly frustrating and disruptive. Having access to reliable water is crucial for our basic needs, so addressing any supply problems should be a top priority to ensure our well-being. Similarly, traffic issues can cause delays and inconvenience, affecting our daily routines and productivity. While we have amenities available, their lack of proper maintenance diminishes their usefulness and enjoyment. It's crucial to ensure that amenities are well-maintained to fully benefit from them and enhance our quality of life. Delays in painting and the ongoing construction of the metro add to the inconvenience and disruption. Limited street lights and dark roads pose safety concerns, especially during the evening and night. Improving street lighting infrastructure can enhance our safety and security.

Proper ventilation in the buildings enhances living comfort, and we enjoy regular garbage collection with wet and dry waste segregation. The provision of 24/7 electricity and water supply is another significant advantage. We have very friendly neighbors, and we celebrate each festival together, fostering a strong community spirit. Additionally, elevators are installed and well-maintained, and there is a CCTV camera system along with 24/7 security guards for our safety.

There are several concerns regarding the upkeep and appearance of the society. None of the amenities are maintained or constructed, which significantly impacts the living experience. The completion of the building is still pending, and it is not properly maintained by the builders, leaving it looking unfinished and unappealing. The lack of maintenance by the builders results in the overall appearance of the society being less than satisfactory, detracting from its potential charm and comfort.

Our neighborhood is a true community. We celebrate every festival together with our very friendly neighbors. With the presence of CCTV cameras and 24*7 security guards, we feel safe and secure. The connectivity here is excellent, with easy access to various modes of public transportation like buses, autos, and cabs, and well-maintained roads. We benefit from regular garbage collection with efficient segregation, as well as having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Each resident enjoys designated parking, with rules diligently followed, and we have elevators that are installed and maintained. Additionally, we have uninterrupted access to electricity and water, excellent construction quality, proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings, and modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse that are well-maintained.

However, there are a couple of areas that need improvement. We've experienced some seepage issues in certain areas, which need to be addressed promptly. Additionally, there have been delays in maintenance services, causing inconvenience to residents.

There used to be a bus stop near the society, making buses easily accessible. Cabs used to come to the society as well. The market used to be nearby, and the roads near the society were well-maintained. There used to be a gym, play area, and garden, all of which were well-kept. The residents were friendly, and festivals were celebrated. The lifts were regularly maintained, and cleanliness was upheld. The flats were spacious as well.
Things need improvement
There used to be no auto stand nearby, so getting autos was inconvenient. There used to be a problem with seepage near the bathrooms. The society's swimming pool was not working. The water quality was poor; it was salty, and we needed to install an RO purifier.

Cabs can be booked online and arrive in our society. The residents here are very good and cooperative; I've lived here for 5 years without any issues. We celebrate festivals, and bachelors are allowed in the society. There are no problems with leakage or seepage in the flats, and cleanliness is well-maintained. We have 24/7 water availability and ample parking, including spaces for visitors. All modern amenities are available in our society.
Things need improvement
Autos and buses are not easily accessible near the society. The market is not within walking distance. Unfortunately, there is no power backup for flats in the society; it's only available for common areas.

The society has all modern amenities, but they are not well-maintained. There is power backup only for the common areas and lifts, not provided for individual flats.
