Good things here
The elevators are well-maintained, and a security guard ensures safety. The society benefits from good connectivity with easily accessible public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. Nearby schools, hospitals, and markets add convenience. The buildings feature excellent construction quality with no issues of seepage, leakage, or termites, and provide proper ventilation. Designated parking, regular garbage collection, and reliable electricity and water supply contribute to a comfortable living environment.
Things need improvement
The absence of amenities such as a gym, play area, garden, and clubhouse is disappointing as they would significantly enhance recreational opportunities and foster greater community interaction, ultimately elevating the overall quality of life for residents.

Good things here
Connectivity was just excellent like railway station was just at walkable distance,auto,cabs were easy to approach. Society was very well maintained,neat clean and hygenic environment in the society. Crowd of the people was good friendly and all the festivals were celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
There was no amenities present in that society only small garden was there. Build quality is not that good enough,seepage issues were there in the apartment.
