Good things here
The property (IT Heights) is located on the road, just 2 km from the Raidurg metro station, cabs and autos are available just beside the flat. Society is equipped with well maintained 24*7 security along with CC Cameras all all through the building including lifts and parking. Walls are well built with heavy brick work along with cement with no seepage with ample of pillars wherever required which gives strong foundation to the building . Maintenence cost is About Rs 4000 a month which is considered to be cheaper . High quality posh road is being laid recently beside the building which connects building to the Gachibowli through the Khajaguda lake. There are other 2 roads passing through the flat which connects the Nanakramguda IT park and Kajhaguda Main road . Fellow Residents in IT heights are pretty decent and friendly. Well educated and is into decent jobs .
Things need improvement
To be honest, I would like everything about the society. Well maintained, decent and friendly atmosphere.
