The water facility operates smoothly 24/7 within the society. Power backup, however, is only available for common areas. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, football courts, and badminton courts are available and well-maintained within the society. Connectivity, including cabs and autos, is easily accessible if booked through services like Ola and Uber. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Additionally, there is a mini function hall within the society for hosting various events. Parking areas are spacious, accommodating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. Residents can celebrate various festivals within the society, including Ugadi, Eid, Christmas, Ganesh Navaratri, Dandiya, and Holi, making the community life enjoyable and vibrant.

Things need improvement

The maintenance charges within the society are indeed expensive. Public transportation options, like buses, are quite far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no designated visitors' parking area within the society. The flats are relatively small; for instance, the 2 BHK flats are compact. The construction quality is average, with minor external cracks visible on the walls, which may require attention.

Parking areas are spacious within the society, and there is also a designated visitors' parking area. Moreover, the environment is free from pollution, contributing to a clean and healthy living atmosphere.

The construction quality is poor, with issues such as seepage in bathrooms and leakage in walls, which can be inconvenient and concerning for residents.

The location is outstanding, with supermarkets, grocery stores, hospitals, shopping malls, and restaurants within a short distance. The road quality is good, with proper functioning streetlights. Amenities such as a swimming pool, community hall, basketball court, gym, table tennis, cricket pitch, amphitheater, walking track, and kids' play area are well-maintained. The construction quality is outstanding, offering spacious, well-ventilated apartments. The surrounding residents are friendly and cooperative, enhancing the community atmosphere.

The amenities available for residents are well-functioning, including a basketball court, table tennis, lawn tennis, yoga room, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, and walking track. The surrounding community is helpful, and they communicate well with each other. Maintenance of the society is good; the area is cleaned properly every day, and garbage is collected frequently. There's a 24/7 water supply and electric supply, along with proper ventilation and ample sunlight. Within 1 km, there's a hypermarket, grocery stores, a hotel, medical shops, good road conditions, and street lights. We also have ample parking space, and in terms of construction, there are no leakage issues. The rooms are well-ventilated, ensuring a comfortable living environment for all residents.

In this society, the construction of the society is a notable aspect due to the individual privacy afforded by the spacing between flats; there are no common walls. Ventilation is excellent, due to well-designed windows. Connectivity is exceptional, with a thoroughfare just behind the society. Hospitals, supermarkets, and various shops are conveniently located within a 1 to 2 km radius. Maintenance standards are excellent, with no complaints regarding cleaning and garbage collection services. Water supply is reliable, and the committee members are responsive to resident issues. Monthly maintenance charges range from Rs. 2. 5 to 3 per square foot. Amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, play areas, 24/7 security, and ample parking are well maintained and undergo regular cleaning.

Maintenance services are satisfactory, with regular garbage collection, cleaning services, an adequate number of housekeeping staff, and well-functioning elevators. Residents also benefit from a range of amenities within the society, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, party hall, children's play area, outdoor activities, and ample parking space.

Things need improvement

Connectivity poses a significant challenge in the society and surrounding areas, often resulting in automatic cancellation of booked cabs. Public transportation is scarce, located approximately 3-4 kilometers away, with no nearby metro stations. Accessing hospitals requires traveling a considerable distance of 5-6 kilometers, which can be highly inconvenient during emergencies.

Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Cleaning of the society is very good, and the housekeeping is also very good; they are doing it twice a day in the society. Security is very good; there are two security guards and CCTV cameras in the main area of the society. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society.
