The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every sunrise. They proposed us to add basketball, badminton courts, gym here. It includes a proposed community hall for meetings and cultural programs. Every workers are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several basic external amenities.

The project is registered by RERA and home loans are available. For that, this opportunity is hugely profitable to everyone. The architects deliver us the perfect blend of conventional and modern layouts till now. And rooms are well ventilated and they assure us to provide the best quality of colours and designs in every apartment. The employees are so generous and helpful. The airport is so far from this location which will create a major issue. The poor condition of roads have been noticed due to lack of maintenance as the local people have reported. Drains overflow after a heavy rain, which causing traffic violence and irking pedestrians also. And Sewage flowing into Puttenahalli Lake raises a stench in the area. It will be hugely disgusting for me when I will go outside.

My workplace Kalyani Magnum Tech Park is just few km away from my future home and this is the major factor of choosing this place. JP Nagar Metro Station is also so close to my place. Nayandahalli Railway Station is about 10 km radius. Schools such as Royal High School, Samved School and The Brigade School are near the locality.
