Good things here
I absolutely love living in this society. The sense of community here is incredible - we're like one big family, always supporting each other and celebrating together. I'm particularly impressed by our beautiful green spaces; they're so well-maintained and provide a peaceful retreat. The management's focus on sustainability, with initiatives like rainwater harvesting and solar panels, aligns perfectly with my values. I also enjoy the various workshops and classes they organize; it's great for continuous learning. The cleanliness and aesthetics of our complex never fail to impress me.
Things need improvement
The only slight inconvenience I've noticed is the distance to the nearest railway station. It can make long-distance travel a bit more time-consuming. But honestly, this minor issue pales in comparison to all the wonderful aspects of living here. The positive community atmosphere and excellent amenities more than make up for it. Overall, I'm thrilled to call this place my home.

Good things here
Our society's location on the main road made commuting hassle-free with easy access to autos nearby. Daily garbage collection maintained cleanliness standards effectively. We never faced water supply issues, enjoying uninterrupted service around the clock. The vibrant community spirit made festival celebrations memorable. Despite occasional maintenance hiccups, the lifts were generally reliable, enhancing our overall living experience.
Things need improvement
The ongoing metro construction narrowed the roads, causing traffic congestion near our society. Seepage problems in the flats posed a recurring concern. Additionally, residents felt the pinch of slightly elevated maintenance charges.

Good things here
The property features a clubhouse and gym facilities for residents' use, enhancing the living experience. A nearby market area provides convenient access to shopping and amenities. Public transportation options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, ensuring excellent connectivity and convenience.
Things need improvement
The property is currently facing a seepage issue, and unfortunately, the maintenance team has been unresponsive in addressing it promptly. Security measures are adequate but not exceptional, and there's a noticeable need for improved cleanliness throughout the premises.

Good things here
Auto-rickshaws are readily available nearby. The society is clean and well-maintained, equipped with modern amenities. Residents are friendly and cooperative. We have round-the-clock water supply.
Things need improvement
There's a persistent issue of residents parking their own vehicles in our allotted parking space. Traffic problems persist around the society. The society isn't near any local railway station or metro station. Leakage issues from the floor above caused damage to our ceiling.

Bus stand ,auto stand is at walkable distance from the society.All the festivals are being celebrated in the Society.All the modern amenities are present in the society.Society has good security and top notch cleaniness in the society.Allocated parking for the owners.

Local railway station is not at walkable distance from the society.Society can improve its maintenance system in the society.

what you do when you come across something so beautiful that you cannot resist than to have it? this is excatly what i found out when i forst visited the construction site with my family. i am in love with the construction qulaity the designs and mainly the promises that they have made to us. Gonna make this my future home.

If someone would have told me years ago that investing in a housing project is a great deal, i would have denied doing it, but this project changed my mind with its best amenities and perfectly sculpted infrastructure. I am happy to announce it as my future home and i am very much sure my wife and kids will be so happy to live here.

Never through i would ever say this but i got my hands on this perfectly brewing project and it was the best day of my life. I invested in this after getting a thorough check on the property with the delaers and the owners, finding out all the needed information. After which i am happy with all the procedings. I am looking forward for the project to end soon.

Runwal group has managed to keep all our expectations to the highest level. The amenities are delivered in the best shape. In fact, the internal staff is brilliant in maintaining everything.
