I have just bought up a 2BHK flat in Runwal Greens located at Mulund West, Mumbai. With aesthetic designed & ventilated rooms so far I'm very happy and pleased with this place. It has great surrounding views and good neighbourhood. The place is well connected with all major roads, highways and bridges. Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport and popular Railway stations of Mumbai are within few minutes of drive. Being in central location it has all luxurious and day to day needful centres like grocery shops, banking services, schools, colleges, salon, temple, hotels, food outlets, hospitals, police station and many more. Insides the premises we have gyms, clubhouse, swimming pool, garden, cctv installations, playground, ample visitor parking space, power backup facility. Modern smarts locks, prepaid gas supply, smart electric meter are few new added innovations. I would say it's safe and secured gated society which is a fabulous choice for living a better lifestyle.
Still metro construction is underway which also results in cutting down of trees and lesser green spaces. On-Call help isn't available. Lacks 24*7 adequate and pure water supply. Because it's in prime central location often it's very crowded and noisy. Further they are improving their standards day by day and management tries to provide the best available solution which is really appreciating.

The society is very good. Residents benefit from high-quality amenities, such as the sparkling swimming pool and well-maintained gym. Easy access to various services and destinations is facilitated by an efficient public transportation system, including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. The nearby lively markets, grocery stores, healthcare centers, and educational institutions serve daily commuters well. The expansive park offers children plenty of space for recreation, adding to the community's appeal. Known for its friendliness and hospitality, the community creates a welcoming atmosphere, while communication and network services remain consistently reliable.
Overall, everything was okay and well-maintained. People of the society were also good and cooperative, although there was a need for improvement in maintenance. The society needs improvement in maintenance.

The construction quality is solid with no seepage or leakage issues, and the building is well-ventilated. All the amenities are in good condition, including a gym, garden, children's play area, clubhouse, and a park. we do have good connectivity with Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs readily available.
The society has several issues that need attention. There are only three lifts for a large number of residents, which causes a lot of waiting time. There are too many cockroaches, which is a big problem for hygiene. The neighbourhood is not friendly at all, which makes socializing difficult. The airport and Mumbai Central are quite far away, making travel inconvenient. The parking situation is also not good at all, and guest parking is a big issue here.

Cleanliness and hygiene standards need improvement, and there is also an issue with stray dogs in the area. Additionally, the maintenance of the lift should be more reliable as it frequently breaks down.

Seepage has been observed in the guest room originating from the ceiling, a notable concern that requires attention from maintenance. Security measures at the main gate are perceived to be lacking, with a need for stricter control over vehicle entry. Residents have expressed discontent with the current level of checks and verifications, particularly feeling offended when their vehicle details are requested.

The amenities such as the swimming pool and clubhouse are well maintained, and the construction quality is excellent with no cracks or major seepage issues. Additionally, connectivity is great as public transportation is readily available near the society. The people living in the society are friendly and cooperative, contributing to a great overall community atmosphere.
The only issue I face in the society is that the kids' play area is not maintained properly, with damaged slides. Unfortunately, the committee members have not resolved this issue for quite some time.

Each resident has their own parking space. Nearby railway stations and buses make commuting easy. Roads are well-maintained and lit up with street lights. Since many folks here have pets, it's a pet-friendly environment without any problems for pet owners.
Visitors and tenants don't have designated parking spots. There's trouble with seepage, leaks, and peeling plaster. And the waterproofing and painting jobs aren't done promptly, causing water leaks.
