Living in this housing society is a fantastic experience, particularly due to its excellent connectivity and vibrant social life. The proximity to Mumbai University ensures residents have easy access to reliable transportation options, making daily commuting convenient. The society enjoys a lively social scene with frequent events that promote community engagement and a strong sense of camaraderie among residents. Furthermore, the amenities provided are top-notch, offering everything from recreational facilities to essential services that enhance the quality of life within the society.
Things need improvement
There is a notable drawback concerning construction. While the society offers many positives, the construction quality poses challenges with network reception issues within the buildings. This can be frustrating for residents who rely heavily on consistent connectivity for work or communication. Addressing these construction-related issues could significantly improve the overall experience and satisfaction of residents. . One persistent issue of water logging is there in rains. And to avail club membership one has to go to the phase 1 and even pay extra to avail.

Good things here
The build quality of the society was excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage in the rooms. The rooms were spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with attached balconies. There were no fitting-related issues, and the quality of walls and taps was commendable. The security system was robust, utilizing both CCTVs and apps for monitoring. Auto cabs and a local market were conveniently located near�the�society.
Things need improvement
This society is not bachelor-friendly at all, as there are strict and different rules and regulations for bachelors. Nobody is permitted to enter our rooms, not even friends or family, without verification at the entrance. The management committee, including the chairman and secretary, can visit our rooms anytime, which is concerning for privacy. The residents are narrow-minded and conservative. Additionally, there is no swimming pool in the society, and the clubhouse is not well-maintained. Bachelors are charged for using the gym, and bus services are not available�nearby.

These facilities reflect the management team's dedication to enhancing the quality of life for everyone here. Transportation is well-organized with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis readily available, ensuring easy mobility. They have also strategically placed markets, services, and schools nearby for convenience. Moreover, the large park enriches the neighborhood, providing a space for children to play and enjoy themselves, fostering a sense of community and happiness among residents.
Things need improvement
Although everything else was well-maintained and satisfactory, there was an issue with parking space: residents had very limited space for parking their vehicles or two-wheelers.

Parking facilities are well-maintained and adequate, offering convenience for residents. The lifts operate reliably, providing smooth access to different levels of the building. Access to the swimming pool and gym requires paid memberships. There is a nearby supermarket area that enhances convenience for daily shopping needs.
Things need improvement
There are instances of seepage and leakage in some areas of the property, though not on my floor specifically. The roads around the society are frequently under construction, which can occasionally disrupt traffic flow and access.

As a committee member, I've actively addressed previous issues such as leakage and seepage, ensuring they are now resolved. Everything in the society is good. I'm satisfied with the overall living experience here.
Things need improvement
The neighbourhood is friendly, and amenities like the garden are maintained well. Despite improvements in addressing leakage, seepage, and other community issues, the persistent problem of stray dogs remains a concern. While overall satisfaction is high, more effective measures are needed to manage this ongoing issue.

Things need improvement
Due to inadequate connectivity, there is a monopoly on vehicle drivers and no buses are available. The inconvenience is increased by the absence of necessary facilities like trash collection, cleaning services, and elevators. The building's interior quality is subpar, with problems including leaks, seepage, and inadequate ventilation.

Good things here
Auto and cab availability is easy, parking is available, the lift is functional (though occasionally one is down), amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and play area are well-maintained, and the people are good.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is such that there is no sunlight in my room, there is a minor seepage problem, garbage segregation is not done, and the lift frequently has issues with one often being out of service. Only those with membership can use the gym.

The society has a gym, garden, play area, and swimming pool available for residents to enjoy. People in the community are cooperative, and the atmosphere is friendly. There's a continuous water supply, available 24/7.
Things need improvement
Auto availability decreases, especially during busy times. Malls, schools, and restaurants are about 3km away from the neighborhood. Security isn't reliable; guards are often found sleeping at night. The swimming pool isn't well taken care of. The neighborhood isn't kept clean, and there are significant problems with leaking, especially during the rainy season.

Good things here
The connectivity is good mall, schools, shopping area is nearby the society. Society is well cleaned and maintained, no leakage and seepage in the houses, neighbors are decent and friendly, Clubhouse and swimming pool is availble in the society.
Things need improvement
The society does not have a gym or a garden for residents to use. This means there are no places for exercise or outdoor relaxation within the community.

Good things here
There was no leakage and seepage issues in the society and the building was strong and ventilated with proper sunlight. Neighbors are decent and friendly. All the amenities are available in the society like gym, swimming pool, garden.
Things need improvement
The autos was hard to find nearby the society with make hard to travel for the residents, The parking was outside the society there was no indoor parking in the society.
