Good things here

Maintenance of the society is very good; the water facility is excellent, and there is reliable power backup. Garbage collection is also very good; they handle wet and dry waste separately in the society. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Every maintenance service is efficient. The greenery in the society is well-maintained and looks good. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity is not as good; cabs and autos are not readily available if we look around. Public transportation, like buses, is not easily accessible within the society. There is no metro nearby, which is very inconvenient. read more

Public transport was easily accessible from the society, which is located in the city center. There were no traffic issues near the society. The society had all modern amenities, and the residents were decent. Festivals were celebrated together, and cleanliness was well-maintained. Water was available 24/7. read more

There were no leakage or seepage issues in our flat, but I have heard that other flats had such issues. The society is about 7-8 km away from the highway. read more

During my tenure two years ago, the community boasted an excellent location with close proximity to buses, cabs, shops, hospitals, and malls. Maintenance was seamless, with no issues regarding water, power, or garbage disposal. It is a spacious place to live in. The amenities are plenty and well maintained. Swimming pool, gym and parks are well maintained. The clubhouse is modern with place to spend free time. This is well connected with Mahindra and other IT companies. The security is good with app based entry. The maintenance is neat. Daily need shops are just walking distance away. You can also get home delivery from these shops if you are not using quick commerce. read more
