Good things here
Maintenance of the society is very good; the water facility is excellent, and there is reliable power backup. Garbage collection is also very good; they handle wet and dry waste separately in the society. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Every maintenance service is efficient. The greenery in the society is well-maintained and looks good.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is not as good; cabs and autos are not readily available if we look around. Public transportation, like buses, is not easily accessible within the society. There is no metro nearby, which is very inconvenient.

Good things here
Public transport was easily accessible from the society, which is located in the city center. There were no traffic issues near the society. The society had all modern amenities, and the residents were decent. Festivals were celebrated together, and cleanliness was well-maintained. Water was available 24/7.
Things need improvement
There were no leakage or seepage issues in our flat, but I have heard that other flats had such issues. The society is about 7-8 km away from the highway.

Good things here
During my tenure two years ago, the community boasted an excellent location with close proximity to buses, cabs, shops, hospitals, and malls. Maintenance was seamless, with no issues regarding water, power, or garbage disposal. Moreover, recreational amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, and children's play areas were readily available within the society.
Things need improvement
The road in front of the society is narrow, posing challenges for traffic flow and accessibility, necessitating potential measures to address congestion and enhance road infrastructure.

The society is surrounded by a few schools, hospitals, grocery stores, salons, and supermarkets, all conveniently located just outside its boundaries. Additionally, there are good transportation options such as a bus stop and easy access to cabs. Maintenance is excellent, with regular cleaning of the surroundings. The amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and play area, are well-maintained, and there are trainers available to assist residents. The community enthusiastically celebrates all festivals and events. Furthermore, the construction quality of the buildings is top-notch, ensuring no issues like seepage.

There is no dislike about this society.

Good things here
It is a spacious place to live in. The amenities are plenty and well maintained. Swimming pool, gym and parks are well maintained. The clubhouse is modern with place to spend free time. This is well connected with Mahindra and other IT companies. The security is good with app based entry. The maintenance is neat. Daily need shops are just walking distance away. You can also get home delivery from these shops if you are not using quick commerce.
Things need improvement
Traffic congestion and high maintenance charges.
