Good things here
This neighborhood has everything Tat one can need There are hospitals and schools nearby, along with a local market and public transport options. The railway station is also within a reasonable distance. With enough car parking available, as well as amenities like a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and a play area for kids, it's a well-equipped and convenient place to live.

This friendly neighborhood has great connections, with schools and hospitals just a short 500 meters away. It's got all the modern perks you could want, like a swimming pool and gym, plus parking options. The folks who live here are well-educated too

Good things here
The flats are well-maintained, with no reported issues of leakage or seepage, ensuring residents' comfort. All modern amenities are also well-maintained, contributing to a convenient lifestyle. With water available 24/7 and a clean environment, the society offers a pleasant living experience.
Things need improvement
Outside the society, autos are not readily available, leading to waiting times of about an hour. Additionally, the roads outside the society are in poor condition, having deteriorated over time.

Good things here
The residents in the society are very good; we celebrate festivals together. There's good ventilation in my flat. Parking space is ample for residents. I have my own vehicle. There's parking available for visitors in the society as well. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained. If there's ever a leakage issue, it's quickly resolved by the society. Problems are resolved promptly. Water is available 24/7. The society is clean. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is very poor; autos are not available in the morning. There's no public transport available near the society, and there's no metro station nearby. There's an issue with sunlight in some areas; sunlight doesn't come through. Due to ongoing construction nearby, there's a lot of pollution in the air and noise. Construction work with JCBs starts as early as 4 AM, causing disturbance. In the area where garbage is collected in the society, there's a strong smell and many rats have appeared. I've raised the issue, but no action has been taken yet.

Moreover, the society enjoys peace and tranquility, with no issues regarding water or electricity. The staff is highly competent, delivering excellent service, while housekeeping maintains high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is a major issue in the society, especially between 12 PM to 3 PM, with limited auto or bus availability. The shuttle service hasn't started, and auto charges to the nearest Link Road are high at Rs. 160. Heavy traffic due to a nearby school leads to difficulties, with Ola or Uber services often unavailable. Stray dogs pose safety concerns, and damaged taps in washrooms require attention.

Connectivity, for instance, could be further enhanced to provide better access to major roads and transportation options, facilitating easier commuting and improving convenience in accessing external amenities and services. Additionally, while current amenities are satisfactory, expanding and upgrading facilities could better cater to diverse resident interests and preferences.

Good things here
The society has all modern amenities that are well-maintained. Flats have good ventilation and sunlight. Sufficient parking is allotted. Water is available 24/7. The lifts are well-maintained. Residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated.
Things need improvement
Outside the society, autos are not available after 9 am during peak hours. Ola and Uber have to be booked, which can be expensive. There is a lot of seepage in the ceilings and walls of the flats. Between the parking of G and F wings, there is a garbage incinerator that emits a strong smell, affecting hygiene, and it's visible from our windows, spoiling the view. The incinerator should have been placed away from all buildings. Due to the construction of a new 48-50 story building in front of the society, the entrances of our buildings are not visible, and the overall look has deteriorated.

The society offered a serene atmosphere, with readily available auto-rickshaws and well-maintained roads outside. All modern amenities were present and well-maintained, contributing to residents' comfort and convenience. The friendly residents fostered a sense of community, celebrating festivals together. There were no issues with water or electricity, and the society maintained cleanliness with a nearby market for convenience. Ventilation in the flats was good, complemented by balconies for additional space. Adequate parking was available for visitors, with separate parking allotted for residents.
Things need improvement
The society was located a bit away from the main road, tucked inward. Shopping malls were not conveniently nearby, necessitating travel by either auto or personal vehicle for residents.

I am extremely pleased with the connectivity in this area; both auto and bus services are easily accessible nearby. The management maintains the society on a regular basis, ensuring that cleanliness is impeccable and lift maintenance is always on point. The construction quality is excellent, and I haven't faced any issues with seepage or leakage. Additionally, the society offers a wide range of amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and park. The residents here are very social and friendly, making it a wonderful place to live.
Things need improvement
According to me, the society is well-managed, and I like it very much. However, I have faced issues related to community dogs. This has been a concern, and it would be great if more effective measures could be taken to address this problem.
