Connectivity in the city is excellent with readily available cabs, autos, and seamless booking options for Ola and Uber. Water facilities operate efficiently round the clock, complemented by reliable power backup. Waste management is commendable, with prompt garbage collection and diligent sorting of recyclables. Well-maintained amenities like clubhouses, gyms, and children's play areas enhance residents' quality of life. Parking areas are generously spacious, including designated visitor parking. Maintenance charges in the city are reasonable, contributing to a comfortable living experience for residents.
Things need improvement
Schools within a 5 km radius of the society are sparse, inconveniencing residents. Offices are situated far from the city center. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool within the society limits. Public transportation options like buses are not easily accessible and are located quite a distance away from the society.

This society is small, with around 50 families residing in it. One of its advantages is the calm and peaceful atmosphere. The connectivity is good, with a bus stop located around 500 meters away and the metro station about 1. 5 kilometers away. Daily necessities like groceries are easily accessible within walking distance. Maintenance facilities are well-managed, with no issues in water supply even during the summer months. Cleaning and elevator services are also in good condition. Basic amenities include reliable power backups for common areas, good security, and a small gym and play area.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of this society is subpar, as all the owners are required to renovate their flats due to issues with leakages in the washrooms and kitchen. Additionally, there are no major amenities such as a swimming pool.

The location is very good in the society. The walking area is very spacious in the society. Maintenance charges are very reasonable. The water facility is good, and power backup is also available in the society.

Ventilation problems in your flat and poor construction quality in the society can indeed be concerning. Additionally, seepage issues in bathrooms are inconvenient. It's unfortunate that the gym is not well-maintained in the society, and the lack of amenities like a swimming pool and clubhouse is disappointing. It might be worth discussing these concerns with the appropriate authorities or management to see if they can address and improve the situation.
