Good things here
Lotus Boulevard is one of the most prominent properties in Noida. It is located in prime location and has great access to facilities like Hospitals, Shopping Malls, Grocery stores, Educational Institutes, Multiplexes, Restaurants etc. It is a well maintained and equipped society with quality playground for kids, a well maintained club, swimming pool, gymnasium, Parking facilities. Whole area has security cameras installed and no trespasser can enter without permission. There is 24X7 Electricity and Water supply.
Things need improvement
Due to stringent security measures, to a few folks it may be a hassle - if they are not in habit of following the rules.

Good things here
The society is conveniently located near the main market, with plenty of good cafes and bakeries to explore nearby. Additionally, it's a pet-friendly community with many adopted dogs and cats, making it a welcoming environment for animal lovers.
Things need improvement
The water and electricity charges are exorbitant, and coupled with high flat rent and society maintenance fees, it can become quite expensive, sometimes costing a fortune.

It's a great society with all the amenities you need, including unique options like laundry and salons. The infrastructure is well-constructed, with good roads enhancing the overall experience.

Constant power cuts, especially during the summer months, disrupt daily activities and can be frustrating, making it difficult to enjoy leisure activities like watching Netflix in peace.

The residents of the society are very accommodating and understanding, creating a comfortable environment. Overall, everything else is also quite good. It's a suitable option for bachelors looking to live in the Noida area.
Things need improvement
The amenities here are pretty basic - no gym, no pool, just the essentials. It might feel a bit dull, to be honest.

All facilities are available, and the rent is also very low. There's great security staff, and other amenities like water, electricity, etc. are also available.
Things need improvement
It's advisable to have your own car or bike if you plan to reside there, as it can take a significant amount of time to reach anywhere from that location.

The location is close to markets and local stores, and the flats are designed according to Vastu principles. I appreciate the infrastructure, especially the ample available space.

Safety is a major concern, as there are no cameras in the lift or parking area, leading to poor security measures.

Near main market. Many good cafes and bakeries to go out nearby. Pet friendly society. There are many adopted dogs and cats.

People living in the society are very comfortable and understnding. Baki sab bhi bhot acha hai. Good for bahcelors living in Noida location.
