Access to bus stops & medical stores is very easy & convenient from this house. Police patrolling, security at parks, pools, gyms, street Cctv cameras, pollution-free environment, and good connectivity options makes this an excellent place to live. Night safety is good; there is not much problem here. All types of amenities are available here so, you will not have to travel outside for basic things like grocery shopping, chemist which is very convenient. Furthermore, Homes are spacious, well built and provide a nice view. read more

It is also within the MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) and comes under the governance of the Kalyan-Dombivali Municipal Corporation or KDMC. The total area here is 137.15 square kilometres while it is located at an elevation of 8.84 metres. The population of the locality stood at 1,246,381 in 2011. Kalyan East is home to numerous residential projects while it is well connected to Thane, Navi Mumbai and Mumbai.
