Good things here
The cleanliness is top-notch, with well-maintained common areas and no signs of leakage or termite issues anywhere. Plus, the convenience of having auto cabs readily available just outside the gate is a huge plus. It makes commuting so easy and hassle-free.
Things need improvement
While the basic amenities are fine, the lack of a gym, pool, and clubhouse is quite disappointing. These are essential facilities that many other societies offer, and their absence here is really felt. It limits the recreational options for residents and doesn't justify the rent or maintenance fees we are paying.

Good things here
Local transport like auto,cabs are easily available. high security to the resident, all the areas are cctv covered and security gaurds are there on each entrance. Society is neat,clean and hygenic. Crowd the people is good and friendly. 24/7 electricity supply is there in the society. Build quality is top notch
Things need improvement
Railway station,bus stand is not at walkable distance from the society. There are no amenities present in the society only one small park is there and even though there is no enough parking space in the society. Sometimes there are water supply issues as well in the society.

The Raj Florenza project offers aesthetically appealing designs and layouts along with superb construction quality as well. The overall feeling is great at this project and the neighborhood is also welcoming enough.

The position of the tower allows all the units to get ample fresh air and sunlight. Mine has wide windows and ventilated all the time. Facilities here are all good.

It is easier to connect to the rest of the city from here. I am happy with my purchase. The community is nice and peaceful. The entire compound is maintained well.

Raj Florenza offers facilities such as Lift. It also has amenity like Swimming pool. It also offers services like Garbage disposal. Connectivity is good here and road condition is also good and there is security guard here and safety is also good here. Safety is good here and there are street lights here, there is not much problem here and public transport is also very good here. There are shopping malls, shops, grocery stores, parks, gym and other facilities that make this place desirable to live. Security guards do their duties perfectly with the help of CCTV cameras.
