The society benefits from its proximity to malls and restaurants, making it convenient for residents. Autos and cabs are readily available nearby, ensuring easy transportation. All essential amenities, including a clubhouse and gym, are in good condition and accessible to residents.
Things need improvement
Previously, the society faced an issue with stray dogs, but it was effectively resolved by the maintenance team. However, there remains an ongoing issue with hard water supply in the society.

Good things here
The metro station is 20 minutes away. Hiranandani Hospital is within a 10-kilometer radius. There are local shops, markets, and grocery stores nearby. Ventilation is good, and there are no issues with seepage or leakage. Festivals like Holi and Diwali are celebrated. Cleaning and hygiene are maintained well. The lifts, CCTV, and security are all working properly. Covered parking is available in the society.
Things need improvement
However, there are no amenities like a clubhouse, gym, or swimming pool, which should ideally be present. Public transport is available intermittently, sometimes accessible and sometimes not. The nearest mall is 30 minutes away.
