Good things here
The people in the society are quite friendly and helpful, making celebrations and functions enjoyable. Additionally, there are no issues with water logging or water supply, and power cuts are non-existent due to the availability of power backup. The amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, club house, and garden are well-maintained, thanks to the excellent maintenance of the society. Moreover, the connectivity of the society is good, with schools, hospitals, markets, and public transport easily accessible nearby. Overall, my experience here has been�very�positive.
Things need improvement
So far, my experience in the society has been good. There haven't been any major issues. The only minor inconvenience is due to the limited authorized space, which causes a bit of traffic issue. Other than that, there are no problems, and there is no need for any further�improvement.

One of the standout features of this community is the friendly and cooperative nature of the neighbors. Addressing these issues promptly is crucial to prevent any potential damage and maintain the comfort and safety of all residents. Seepage and leakage can not only cause structural damage but also lead to health hazards like mold growth. I believe it's important for the management or responsible authorities to take immediate action to investigate the root causes of these problems and implement effective solutions. Additionally, clear communication with residents about the steps being taken to address these concerns can help alleviate worries and foster trust within the community.

The society boasts all modern amenities, and they are well-maintained. Ola or Uber rides are readily available upon booking. While the water supply comes from the corporation, if it falls short, the society arranges tanker deliveries without any issues. The residents are highly cooperative, and the flats enjoy good ventilation. Additionally, there is ample parking space within the society.
Things need improvement
The inadequate space for fire extinguisher vehicles to access the society due to encroachment on amenity space, which has now been taken over by the wireless police, is a significant concern. Despite complaints to the PMC, no action has been taken yet. There are delays in finding auto-rickshaws outside the society, and traffic issues arise due to construction on the roads surrounding the society. The construction quality of flats is subpar, leading to numerous cracks.

The connectivity of the society is quite good, with public transport available within a 500-meter distance, and it's easy to find taxis as well. The society is also well-connected to the highway, so there are no issues with connectivity. Additionally, the maintenance of the society is excellent; the management committee works diligently to ensure everything is well-maintained. All amenities are available, and so far, I haven't encountered any construction-related issues in the society, unlike in some other societies nearby. Overall, my experience in the society has�been�very�good.

I have been living here for the last 6 years, and I haven't noticed any problems. Everything is very good and well-maintained here. Just a little thing that I feel could be improved is that the society is friendly, but it could be more pet-friendly because many places here do�not�allow�pets.

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport. Maintenance quality of the society is also good with proper cleanliness and hygiene. Elevators are installed. The construction quality is also very good with spacious flats. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available.
Things need improvement
The society is providing all basic facilities and amenities, so no negative factors could be identified.

People were very friendly and co operative all festivals were celebrate very well. as per her agar koi issue bhi hota tha toh vo log aake thik karake jate the , garden me bhi jab thoda tut fut hua tha tab unhone jaldi se thi kar ke diya tha and also there is app of society in which people used to write there complaints and it used to get solved in no time. also as per her society also conduct art of living classes.

As per her kachara aachese saf nahi karte the jaldi kafi time tak pada hi raheta tha

Local transportation such as buses and autos can be easily found nearby. Restaurants, schools, and colleges are all in close proximity. The society is well-connected to the highway. The construction quality is very good, with no cracks on the walls. The My Gate app is used for security purposes. The society boasts various amenities such as gardens, a podium, gym, and swimming pool. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, participating in all celebrations together. Visitor parking is available within the society, and there is a spacious area for walking.
Things need improvement
The society receives water from a tanker, but it tends to be hard water, causing some issues with the water quality. There are two play areas, but they are quite small. Construction work is ongoing at four locations near the society, leading to noise and air pollution. The society is not particularly bachelor-friendly. Additionally, there are occasional long traffic jams on the main road ahead of the society.

Cabs and autorickshaws easily gets available. cleanest society in the town. out sider people also admire the maintenance of the society. it was the no 1 society in the town. secured society for resident. Society is well maintained in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. There are no construction issues in the buildings like cracks on wall or anything. Amenities like gym swimming pool play area everything is present and well maintained.

Overall all the things are pretty well in the society, society can work more on maintenance services as it is not upto the mark
