Good things here
Living in a society with such excellent infrastructure and amenities is quite comfortable! The strong connectivity to the main road ensures easy access to transportation and essential services. The absence of water logging issues and a well-functioning drainage system reflect effective planning and maintenance by the authorities. Continuous availability of electricity contributes to the convenience and comfort of residents. Well-ventilated rooms with proper sunlight, along with the absence of seepage and termite issues, enhance the quality of living. Regular maintenance of elevators ensures smooth functioning. A robust security system, including security guards and CCTV cameras, provides peace of mind for residents. Additionally, the availability of allocated parking spaces and adherence to parking rules contribute to organized parking arrangements within the society.
Things need improvement
Amenities are under construction and no amenities are functional. People are not friendly and cooperative towards each other, and not much of celebrations are conducted.

Good things here
The society has excellent connectivity with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and railway stations. The amenities, including a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and parks, are top-notch. The neighborhood is very friendly.
Things need improvement
There have been recurring leakage issues in the buildings. Last year, the top 2 floors of B wing had leakage problems. This year (2024), the leakage issue has spread to A wing, indicating poor construction quality.

Roads in this area are super safe and are built with high quality of cement and stuff . Hospitals are also near.
