Getting around from the society is convenient, with plenty of cabs and autos nearby. There are markets in the vicinity for shopping needs. Maintenance services, including water supply, garbage collection, and hygiene upkeep, are satisfactory. The presence of CCTVs and security guards ensures safety. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play areas for kids are available. The residents here are known for coming together to celebrate all festivals and events. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality leaves much to be desired, with noticeable seepage issues. Additionally, balconies are not provided, and there's room for improvement in gardening. Strengthening the security system is also necessary. read more

Cabs and Auto were easy accessible, Amenities like swimming pool, Gym and clubhouse are in the premises and maintained very well. People are friendly and educated. Festivals are celebrated with zeal. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance is okay. If we report a maintenance issue, it takes them 24 hours to fix it, and there's no emergency service. Problems aren't addressed promptly. Power cuts happen occasionally. There are seepage issues, especially during the rainy season, mostly affecting the bathroom area in the house. read more

Cabs and autos are easily available, ola, uber and low floor bus are easily available, no noise pollution or air pollution and very low traffic, basic things are available nearby, CCTV and lifts are installed, water dampnees and seepage are not an issue, water logging is also not an issue, society is regularly maintained, amenities like pool, park, clubhouse, gym everything is available, neighbours are really helpful, malls and market is available nearby read more
