Good things here
Getting around from the society is convenient, with plenty of cabs and autos nearby. There are markets in the vicinity for shopping needs. Maintenance services, including water supply, garbage collection, and hygiene upkeep, are satisfactory. The presence of CCTVs and security guards ensures safety. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play areas for kids are available. The residents here are known for coming together to celebrate all festivals and events.
Things need improvement
The construction quality leaves much to be desired, with noticeable seepage issues. Additionally, balconies are not provided, and there's room for improvement in gardening. Strengthening the security system is also necessary.

Good things here
Transport connectivity is satisfactory with availability of buses and other public transportation. Hospitals are also available nearby. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Residents are friendly and cooperative. Amenities like swimming pools and parks are available. CCTVs are installed.

Having explored various aspects and analyzed the user's preferences, i found it challenging to identify any dislikes.

Good things here
Cabs and Auto were easy accessible, Amenities like swimming pool, Gym and clubhouse are in the premises and maintained very well. People are friendly and educated. Festivals are celebrated with zeal.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is okay. If we report a maintenance issue, it takes them 24 hours to fix it, and there's no emergency service. Problems aren't addressed promptly. Power cuts happen occasionally. There are seepage issues, especially during the rainy season, mostly affecting the bathroom area in the house.

CCTV and lifts are installed, society is well maintained, dampness and water seepage was never noticed, amenities like pool, gym, clubhouse are available, neighbours are friendly and festivals were also celebrated

Good things here
Cabs and autos are easily available, ola, uber and low floor bus are easily available, no noise pollution or air pollution and very low traffic, basic things are available nearby, CCTV and lifts are installed, water dampnees and seepage are not an issue, water logging is also not an issue, society is regularly maintained, amenities like pool, park, clubhouse, gym everything is available, neighbours are really helpful, malls and market is available nearby
Things need improvement
Metro is very far away takes 20 mins to reach, mobile network and wifi connection of Airtel is an issue in the area,

Good things here
The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Water supply is good in the society, no such problems are faced regarding water supply. electricity issues are not faced in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. Water logging issues are not faced at all, drainange system of the society is good. The constructuion quality is good in the Building, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park and central parks are available in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. There are 2 Lifts available and it is maintained properly in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society
Things need improvement
Paintings are not done on time in the society. Sometimes cement issues are seen outside the building walls, cements falls off randomly in the society.

Good things here
Locality was really good as auto,cabs, bus,schools,hospitals ,local market was available near by the society. All the modern amenities were available in the society and everything was highly maintained and fully functional. CCTV and biomatrix facilities were available in the society. All the festivals celebrated in the society and people were very coperative. Build quality was good as there was no leakage and seepage issues.
Things need improvement
Railway station was not available near by the society and metro was around 12km away from the society. Solar panel was not there in the society. charges for power back was triple the normal cost and frequent power cut issues were also there in the society. More security gaurds should be hired as that was less as compare to the residents.

Good things here
Local transport is easily accessible, and the market is nearby. Maintenance is excellent, with a focus on cleanliness. CCTV cameras are in working condition. There is no water logging problem during the rainy season. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well maintained. Events are celebrated in the central park. Neighbors are cooperative. Overall, there are no issues, and the society is amazing.
Things need improvement
Some flats have issues with seepage and leakage, but they get resolved, and the rest of the society has nothing to be disliked.

People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are very limited markets and shops in the society. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Amenities are small. Cricket and football grounds are not available. Play area for kids are not available.

Good things here
The maintenance was excellent and the best society of Gurgaon. Everything was perfect in terms of management and upkeep, with no leakage or seepage/seelan problems, and the quality of flats was very good.
Things need improvement
The market area was quite distant from the society, and there weren't any nearby facilities within walking distance, such as public transport, schools, hospitals, restaurants, or malls.
