The Mint Market area is conveniently located within a 10-minute travel distance from an ATM, metro station, bus stop, and several schools. The street lights are operational, and there is ample parking space. Maintenance and housekeeping services are available around the clock, with staff collecting garbage door-to-door and ensuring proper cleaning. The area boasts reliable water and power supplies, well-maintained lifts, and a variety of amenities. These include a children's play area, two swimming pools for different age groups, dance classes, chess classes, and a clubhouse. A walking track is available, and residents interact well, fostering a friendly community atmosphere. The construction quality is excellent, providing good ventilation throughout the rooms, and we have not encountered any issues.
The road within the society is in poor condition, requiring immediate attention to improve its quality and ensure safer and smoother transportation for residents and visitors alike.

I thin living in this society is convenient with a school, hospital, and market nearby, making daily activities easier. Each resident having designated parking is a plus, and the connectivity is good with easy access to public transport. The regular garbage collection with separate bins for wet and dry waste is well-managed. It's great to have elevators that are installed and maintained, along with amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool that are well-kept. The neighbors are friendly, and as a tenant, I've never faced any discrimination.
However, there are some issues that need attention. There is leakage inside the apartments, which is concerning. The water quality is poor, as it's salty, and some taps are blocked, which is inconvenient. These issues detract from an otherwise positive experience.

Public transport like autos and buses was easily accessible. The roads outside the society were well-maintained. The lifts were maintained properly. There were markets near the society. Water supply was available 24/7. The society had all modern amenities. The residents were decent.
Even though the society was newly constructed, there were issues like leakage, seepage, and cracks in the flat. There wasn't enough greenery, and cleanliness was not up to the mark. The society did not celebrate festivals frequently.
