Good things here
The flats are well-ventilated and come with amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool. The gym and yoga area are well-maintained. There are no issues with water shortage or power cuts, and there is a power backup system. Security is good, with CCTV coverage. Maintenance is generally good, and elevators function well.
Things need improvement
Transportation options are limited, with only one bus and peak-time shortages of auto and Ola services. While the construction quality is okay, there are some issues with seepage in other buildings. The swimming pool is not well-maintained and could use improvement, along with the sports and table tennis areas. The society looks older, around 3 to 5 years, and I don't have much communication with most people, although I have some friends here.

Good things here
I lived there five years ago during its initial phase, I appreciated the prime area connectivity with autos and cabs readily available. The society boasted excellent construction quality with no seepage or termite issues, along with proper ventilation. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation was well-managed, and amenities like well-maintained elevators, CCTV cameras, and 24/7 security guards added to the comfort and security.
Things need improvement
During my time there, many amenities were unavailable due to ongoing construction. I also experienced significant discrimination between tenants and owners, which influenced my decision to leave. Additionally, the neighborhood had a sparse population, which affected the community atmosphere negatively.

Good things here
I find the maintenance services in my society consistently exceptional, always prompt and efficient in addressing any issues that arise. My neighbors foster a friendly and supportive community atmosphere. The amenities, such as the gym, pool, and clubhouse, are top-notch, well-maintained, and offer great recreational options. Additionally, the construction quality is excellent with no Seepage and leakages.
Things need improvement
Occasionally, there have been delays in maintenance responses despite their overall high performance. Improving communication about amenity scheduling would be beneficial.

Good things here
The building is extremely robust and does not have any leakage or seepage problems. The community features a fitness centre, outdoor pool, clubhouse, garden, playground, and children's swings. Additionally, the security is superb because the guards are always on duty. The rubbish is frequently collected, and cleaning is completed on schedule.
Things need improvement
There is poor connection. You have to go a considerable distance to find neighbouring autos, buses, and rickshaws. You have to go a distance to buy everyday necessities because the general shop and grocery store are far away.
