Furthermore, while maintenance and construction are generally satisfactory, there is room for improvement. Addressing these aspects would contribute to a more holistic and enjoyable living environment for all residents.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society with public transport is excellent, with nearby schools and hospitals easily accessible. There is also a metro station nearby, and auto rickshaws are readily available. The maintenance of the society is also very good, with reasonable charges and timely services, including garbage collection. All amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden are available in the society and are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is somewhat poor because many flats have issues with seepage and water leakage, which is a problem I have to deal with. Additionally, I feel that there is a significant issue with illegal parking on the roads outside the society, leading to traffic congestion and causing inconvenience. Therefore, I believe that parking should not be allowed there to alleviate�these�problems.

Good things here
The society is well-connected with autos, cabs, metro, railway station, buses, and good quality roads. There are no traffic issues, making commuting convenient. Maintenance is generally good with regular cleaning and water tank maintenance. The construction of buildings shows no signs of seepage, leakage, or cracks, and the apartments enjoy good ventilation and sunlight.
Things need improvement
The neighbourhood, while friendly, lacks interaction due to a majority of rented accommodations. This reduces community engagement and social interactions among residents

Good things here
Connectivity is great with no issues in getting cabs, autos and public transport . All amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and park are available . People celebrates festivals together. Good electricity supply , parking and security facilities .
Things need improvement
Issues like seepage , cracks are frequent in the building . Water supply is really bad , the tanker water is used which is so bad that it can't be used for either drinking or bathing.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. Lift is avilable and maintained properly. CCTV is available. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool is avilable in the society. Garden is avilable in the society. play area for kids is available. Parking space is available all over the society.
Things need improvement
Club house, park and community hall is not available in the society.

I live in Swaraj Bella Vita and it offers many modern amenities like inhouse playground, a gym and a swimming pool. You will find a temple on its premises. There is a community hall too.

Swaraj Bella Vita is an earthquake resistant residence which has other safety facilities such as video door security. It offers large apartments at affordable prices. It is strategically located and offers excellent connectivity.

There are many shops, restaurants, groceries and shopping malls near my apartment in Swaraj Bella Vita. D-Mart is also in its proximity. You can reach Ghansoli Railway Station in only 15 minutes.
