I'm quite content with my living situation. I don't use public transport much since I have my own vehicle, but from what I know, the connectivity around the society seems good. Everything I need, like markets, schools, and hospitals, is nearby, which is very convenient. The construction quality of the society is also excellent. I've never had any issues with ventilation or seepage in my flat. Plus, the society has great amenities like gardens, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse, all of which are well-maintained. What's even better is that the residents here are really nice and friendly, making it feel like a welcoming community.
I feel a bit frustrated about the maintenance charges not matching the services provided. It seems like there's room for improvement in the maintenance services overall. Additionally, the absence of guest parking can be quite inconvenient and sometimes leads to crowded parking situations. I believe having designated guest parking spots would alleviate this issue and make things smoother for both residents and visitors.

The roads outside our society had recently been upgraded, which was a big improvement. Since our flats were newly constructed, we didn't have any issues with leaks or seepage. The apartments were well-ventilated, letting in plenty of sunlight. We never faced any water shortages, and cleanliness was always a priority. The lifts were kept in good working order, making it easy to get around. We were lucky to have respectful neighbors, and security measures were efficient, giving us peace of mind.
We didn't have any nearby markets or shops, so getting essentials meant a bit of a trek. Plus, we couldn't find any autos nearby, so getting around was a bit of a challenge. Unfortunately, during my stay, the clubhouse and swimming pool weren't up and running either

This Society is superb! You'll find a hospital just around 100 meters away, and there are two schools nearby for convenience. Plus, there's an HDFC bank and a shopping complex nearby. The amenities in the society include a clubhouse, gym, and sports activities area, along with ample parking space. Additionally, you won't have to worry about pollution in the vicinity.

Auto and cab services are readily available, and water supply is timely. Although electricity supply is generally reliable, the society also has a generator as a backup. Additionally, amenities such as a gym and clubhouse are available, along with a small grocery shop within the society. The residents are friendly, and the walls are constructed strongly.
Connectivity is not well-established, especially with no metro station nearby, particularly evident as there is no metro beyond Huda City Centre, which is located ahead of our society. Maintenance is not up to par, with ongoing issues such as a seepage problem in the basement, which took three years to address. Additionally, painting has not been conducted for several years.

The hospital, local market, and school are all conveniently located nearby. The society offers a range of amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and park. Covered parking spaces are available, which is a plus. It's a nice place to live with no pollution.

I am not very familiar with the connectivity as I have never used public transport due to having my own cars. There is a mall and a market area nearby. there are no problems with water supply or network issues; everything is in good condition. Cleanliness is well maintained. Neighbors mingle well and celebrate events together in the society. Any minor issues that arise are quickly resolved by the members of the society. CCTV cameras and lifts function properly without any trouble. Both the roads within and outside the society are well-maintained.
The society is still in the process of development. there are issues with seepage and cracks Amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not well-maintained.
