Good things here
The property is well ventilated and situated in wide and less traffic road. It is well connected, easily accessible to schools, hospitals, shopping areas, offices etc.

No water logging on roads
Clean & well maintained
Moderate maintenance charges
Strong walls and pillars
No seepage issues
Good quality plaster and fitting
Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible
Adequate water
Excellent power back-up
Things need improvement
Kids play area is very small. No park available inside the campus but it is available in the nearby area.
