I'm quite satisfied with my living situation here. One of the things I appreciate most is the allotted parking, which ensures that I always have a designated spot for my vehicle. It's reassuring to see that all rules are followed within the community, contributing to a sense of order and safety. The transportation connectivity is a major plus, making it easy for me to travel to work or run errands without any hassle. I'm also pleased to note that garbage is segregated properly, reflecting a commitment to environmental responsibility. The timely painting of the buildings adds a fresh and vibrant look to the surroundings. Furthermore, the working elevators, along with the reliable 24/7 supply of electricity and water, enhance the convenience of daily life. The construction quality of the buildings is commendable, and the proper ventilation and ample sunlight create a comfortable and pleasant living environment. It's also reassuring to know that there are no issues with leakage. While the amenities could use an update, the presence of CCTV cameras provides an added layer of security, and the friendly demeanor of the residents fosters a sense of community.

While the amenities currently serve their basic purposes adequately, they are showing signs of aging and could be improved to better meet the evolving needs and preferences of the residents. For example, the fitness center may have older equipment that lacks the latest features or may not offer a variety of workout options that cater to different fitness levels and interests. Similarly, communal spaces such as the clubhouse or recreational areas may lack modern entertainment options or versatile layouts that can accommodate various activities and events.

It's great to be part of such a well-maintained society! I really appreciate the reliable water supply and power backup, which make daily life so much easier. Plus, having clean surroundings and proper garbage collection services ensures that the environment stays pleasant. I also love how convenient the connectivity is, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities like shops, schools, and hospitals. It makes running errands or heading out for leisure activities a breeze. Inside the apartments, it's a relief not to have to worry about seepage or leakage issues. The good ventilation and spacious balcony are bonuses that make the living spaces comfortable and inviting. And having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse right within the society is a fantastic perk. Of course, security is a top priority, and I'm grateful for the presence of security guards and CCTV cameras. It gives me peace of mind knowing that the community is well-protected. And I appreciate how quickly any issues that arise are resolved, thanks to the efficient management team. Overall, living here is a pleasure, thanks to the decent and educated neighbors and the sense of community fostered by cultural events and festivals. Plus, it's wonderful that there are no pet-related issues, ensuring harmony for all residents.

The convenience of connectivity, with auto-rickshaws and cabs readily available right outside, makes getting around effortless. I'm particularly grateful for the excellent maintenance of our apartments. It's a relief knowing that seepage and leakage issues are non-existent, and the ventilation in our rooms is top-notch, keeping the air fresh and comfortable. The facilities and amenities provided within our society are a real treat. Whether it's hitting the gym, taking a dip in the swimming pool, or enjoying some leisure time at the clubhouse, there's always something to do right here at home. It's also worth mentioning the proper installation and maintenance of our elevators, ensuring smooth and reliable access to our homes. But perhaps what I appreciate most about our society is the community itself. The people here are not only decent and educated but also friendly and respectful.

The condition of the approach road and the non-functional streetlights can indeed be concerning, as they impact both safety and accessibility. It's crucial to address these issues promptly to ensure the well-being of all residents. Similarly, having inadequate security measures can leave residents feeling vulnerable. Enhancing both the security guards and the security system could help alleviate these concerns and provide peace of mind for everyone in the community. Access to local amenities is also essential for a thriving community. Without nearby shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores, residents may face difficulties meeting their daily needs.

Good things here
The society is very well connected on the main road. There is a very good market nearby, providing easy access to essential goods and services. Water logging issues are not faced, the drainage system is good around the society. Electricity is available all the time. My rooms are very well ventilated and sunlight is received properly. Seepage and termite issues also did not arise in my society. Elevators are regularly maintained and it is properly functional. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. There are proper parking alloted to all residents and also parking related rules are followed. Modern Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. The neighbourhood of the society is very good as people are friendly and decent.
Things need improvement
The maintenance is not at all good, society is not kept clean and hygeine is also not maintained. Maintenace charges are on the higher side. According to such high charges the maintenance is not done accorgingly. The bathroom fittings are not repaired on time by the society. Water quality is very bad for which lot of people are suffering. Approach road is in very bad condition.

Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste keeps the surroundings clean and hygienic. The elevators are installed and functional, providing ease of access. The electricity and water supply are reliable, ensuring no disruptions in daily life. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues. Proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings add to the comfort of living here. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. My neighbors are very friendly, which creates a strong sense of community. Security is a priority with CCTV cameras and guards available, making us feel safe and secure.
Things need improvement
The improvements which I would say can be done are sometimes other people face issues related to parking, although I haven't experienced any problems myself. Additionally, the elevator has had issues with frequent breakdowns, which is quite inconvenient.

Our society boasts amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area, all of which are meticulously maintained. Parking space is abundant and spacious, with dedicated visitor parking available as well. Hygiene and cleanliness are diligently maintained throughout the society. We're also fortunate not to face any major traffic issues outside our premises. Overall, it's a flawless neighborhood that truly feels like home.

Public transportation such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are not available outside the society, leading to significant connectivity issues. Locally, there are no public transportation options nearby. There are no markets within the society itself. Parking is a major concern as there are frequent issues, especially with the underground parking area where water logging occurs, posing a significant problem. Electricity is a primary issue in the society, with frequent power cuts. Unfortunately, there is no power backup available to mitigate these interruptions.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The location of the society is very good. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Road conditions outside the society is good, Roads are quite broad outside the society. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society. There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. Paintings and water proofings are done on time in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Basement parking is available both for 2 and 4 wheelers. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available in all the rooms of the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Amenities are maintained properly. Basket ball and tennis courts are available in the society, Walking space is available in the society premises. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
The management of the society is not good in the society. Pest control is not done by the society, residents have to arrange it on their own. Metro is not available nearby the society.

My living environment was absolutely superb, with no concerns whatsoever regarding seepage or any other major drawbacks. I couldn't have asked for a better situation. Everything was just right, and there was no need for any additions or improvements.
