Proper garbage collection, segregation of wet and dry waste, and regular cleaning routines further contribute to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. The efficient functioning of amenities such as lifts, proper painting, and regular maintenance activities ensure that the infrastructure is well-maintained and in good condition. Additionally, the convenient location, with essential facilities like groceries, banks, hospitals, schools, and petrol bunks within close proximity, adds to the convenience and accessibility of daily life. The presence of good road quality, street lights, and ample parking space enhances safety and convenience for residents. Connectivity is very good; cabs are available, and rent bikes are there nearby the society. Autos are available if we book or else they are available on the main road as well as in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 4500 rupees. There is a clinic in the society; the doctor visits daily in the evening, which is very beneficial for emergencies. There are some multi-specialty hospitals nearby, around 1 kilometer from the society. Maintenance is very good; cleaning of the society is done twice daily. Water facility is very good, available 24/7, and power backup is also available for common areas. Facilities like fruit shops, salons, restaurants, and supermarkets are available within a walkable distance from the society. The society is very good; there is no crowd, and the greenery of the society is beautiful with a lot of trees are there in the garden area. Kids' play areas are very spacious and enjoyable for kids.

There is pollution around the society, which is also inconvenient. Roads inside the society are not in good condition, which is inconvenient. The metro station is also far from the society, around 5-10 kilometers.

We have a spacious children's play area where kids can enjoy various games, and there's also a large peaceful garden perfect for evening walks. Conveniently located within 500 meters are bus stops, supermarkets, and grocery stores, with schools and hospitals just 2 km away. The road conditions are good, with streetlights ensuring safety, and there's ample parking space available. Plus, we have a range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, squash court, lawn tennis, walking track, children's play area, community hall, and clubhouse. Maintenance is excellent, with regular cleaning and garbage collection, continuous water and power supply, functional lifts, proper painting, and friendly interactions among residents.

The community is very cooperative, and people are friendly and respectable in the society. Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is available if we book Ola and Uber in the city. Autos are available within walking distance on the main road of the society. Water facility is excellent at 24/7 in the society, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste daily at a particular time. The greenery of the society is very good, with plenty of trees, and the walking area is spacious. Parking area is also spacious, accommodating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers, and there's a dedicated visitor parking area. There's a bus stand nearby within a walkable distance of around 500 meters from the society, making it convenient. The main road is also nearby, accessible for everything near the society.

The nearby metro station, around 1. 5 kilometers away, adds to the convenience of transportation. Schools are within a range of 1-2 kilometers, which is also beneficial.
