The absence of noise pollution and the presence of clean air contribute to a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, which is ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. The emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene, including well-maintained surroundings, gardens, open spaces, and floors, reflects a commitment to providing residents with a healthy and pleasant living environment. Proper garbage collection, segregation of wet and dry waste, and regular cleaning routines further contribute to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. The efficient functioning of amenities such as lifts, proper painting, and regular maintenance activities ensure that the infrastructure is well-maintained and in good condition. Additionally, the convenient location, with essential facilities like groceries, banks, hospitals, schools, and petrol bunks within close proximity, adds to the convenience and accessibility of daily life. The presence of good road quality, street lights, and ample parking space enhances safety and convenience for residents. Moreover, the range of amenities offered, including indoor and outdoor sports facilities like badminton and squash courts, as well as a swimming pool with regular water changes, provides recreational opportunities for residents to enjoy an active lifestyle.

Connectivity is very good; cabs are available, and rent bikes are there nearby the society. Autos are available if we book or else they are available on the main road as well as in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 4500 rupees. There is a clinic in the society; the doctor visits daily in the evening, which is very beneficial for emergencies. There are some multi-specialty hospitals nearby, around 1 kilometer from the society. Maintenance is very good; cleaning of the society is done twice daily. Water facility is very good, available 24/7, and power backup is also available for common areas. Facilities like fruit shops, salons, restaurants, and supermarkets are available within a walkable distance from the society. The society is very good; there is no crowd, and the greenery of the society is beautiful with a lot of trees are there in the garden area. Kids' play areas are very spacious and enjoyable for kids.
Things need improvement
Public transportation like the bus is not available nearby the society; it is far from the society, around 2 kilometers, which is very inconvenient. There is pollution around the society, which is also inconvenient. Roads inside the society are not in good condition, which is inconvenient. The metro station is also far from the society, around 5-10 kilometers.

Maintenance is excellent, with reliable water and power supply, proper painting, and well-functioning lifts. The construction is well-ventilated, with no reported issues, ensuring comfortable living for residents.

Waterlogging issues during the rainy season pose inconvenience and potential hazards within the society. Improving drainage systems is crucial to effectively address this problem and ensure residents' safety and comfort.

We have a spacious children's play area where kids can enjoy various games, and there's also a large peaceful garden perfect for evening walks. Conveniently located within 500 meters are bus stops, supermarkets, and grocery stores, with schools and hospitals just 2 km away. The road conditions are good, with streetlights ensuring safety, and there's ample parking space available. Plus, we have a range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, squash court, lawn tennis, walking track, children's play area, community hall, and clubhouse. Maintenance is excellent, with regular cleaning and garbage collection, continuous water and power supply, functional lifts, proper painting, and friendly interactions among residents.

Traffic congestion is a major issue in our society, causing significant delays. Overpopulation and inadequate infrastructure, coupled with our heavy reliance on cars, only worsen the problem. It's clear that we need urgent solutions for sustainable mobility to address these challenges and improve the overall quality of life for everyone.

The community is very cooperative, and people are friendly and respectable in the society. Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is available if we book Ola and Uber in the city. Autos are available within walking distance on the main road of the society. Water facility is excellent at 24/7 in the society, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste daily at a particular time. The greenery of the society is very good, with plenty of trees, and the walking area is spacious. Parking area is also spacious, accommodating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers, and there's a dedicated visitor parking area. There's a bus stand nearby within a walkable distance of around 500 meters from the society, making it convenient. The main road is also nearby, accessible for everything near the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is average; there are some blockages in bathrooms that are inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Cleaning inside the society is not good and should be improved.

The society is equipped with a plethora of amenities, including badminton and squash courts, swimming pools, snooker, table tennis, basketball courts, kids' play areas, walking tracks, and gardens, fostering a friendly and cooperative community spirit.

At night, the streetlights in this society are insufficient, casting shadows and reducing visibility. This poses a safety concern for residents navigating the community after dark.

People are very friendly and respectful, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Maintenance is efficient and up to standard. The nearby metro station, around 1. 5 kilometers away, adds to the convenience of transportation. Schools are within a range of 1-2 kilometers, which is also beneficial. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, kids' play areas, and indoor games are available and well-maintained, enhancing the overall living experience.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are approximately 2. 5 euros per square foot area, which we are currently paying. Public transportation is available but is somewhat distant from the society, approximately 1-2 kilometers away. Additionally, there is some pollution around the city, which is a factor to consider.

Additionally, there is some pollution in the society due to burning garbage nearby, impacting the environment.

The community is very good. There is plenty of greenery and decent areas in the society. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, tennis, kids' play areas, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society.

Construction quality is poor; there are some issues like seepage and leakages mainly in roofs in the flats. Public transportation is available around 2 kilometers from the society. Maintenance areas are excessive.
