Good things here
Everything in the society is excellent. Festivals are celebrated openly and with enthusiasm, fostering a lively community spirit. The residents are friendly and cooperative, contributing to a harmonious atmosphere. Additionally, the maintenance of the society is well-managed, ensuring that all facilities and common areas are kept in good condition.
Things need improvement
There are issues with seepage, and the golf cart availability has decreased from two to just one, which is also small in size. Additionally, parking space is insufficient for the tenants.

Good things here
In this community, being eco-friendly is important. There are beautiful parks with lots of big trees that make the area feel fresh and relaxing�ideal for taking walks and unwinding.
Things need improvement
There's not enough parking space here, which causes a lot of arguments and makes things inconvenient for everyone.

Many working professionals like this neighborhood because it's close to industrial areas and has great access to the metro.

Getting around using public transportation here is tough. You might have to wait a long time for a ride, and when you do get one, it's usually packed with people.

It's super easy to get around here with plenty of taxis and auto-rickshaws available, and the apartments are really spacious too.

Living here isn't safe at all. The security isn't good enough, which puts people at risk of crime.

With easy access to public transport, including autos and cabs, commuting is not a problem here. Even the flats are very big.

Good things here
The roads are wide and clean with no issues of water logging, electricity, or water supply. The society is well-maintained, with clean clubhouse and swimming pool facilities, and a park area for children. There is a separate parking area for guests. The residents are educated and well-mannered.
Things need improvement
There is a bit of a seepage problem in the society, and the painting is only done in the corridors and on the outside, never inside the individual units.
