Good things here
Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. They are very convenient for residents. Public transportation, like bus stands, is available within a walkable distance of around 100 meters from the society, which is very convenient. Water facilities are very good, and there is reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficient; they will collect daily, keeping the society clean. The maintenance staff is very efficient. There is a small clinic available within walkable distance from the society, which is very convenient. The parking area is very spacious in the society. Security in the society is very good, ensuring a safe environment for residents.
Things need improvement
Autos are not available for online booking in the area; even if you book online, it often gets canceled. This makes autos highly inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive, around 5000 rupees, which we are paying in the society. Hospitals are available but are far, about 4-5 kilometers away. However, there is a nearby hospital that provides ambulance services. There are no metro stations available nearby, which is very inconvenient.

Good things here
I used to stay here 2 years ago and found it to be a pleasant place to live. Connectivity is excellent with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Maintenance is very good; the common areas are always clean, and everything is well taken care of. The amenities, like the gym, swimming pool, and parks, are well-maintained. The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet. Security is robust with CCTV cameras, and there is plenty of parking, including spaces for guests. Stray dogs are managed well, and traffic around the area is manageable.
Things need improvement
I stayed here 2 years ago, and while most things were good, there were some issues. The biggest problem was the seepage in the walls, which was quite annoying and needed constant attention.

Good things here
Largest gated communities in Chennai, ensuring safety and security with round-the-clock security guards. The presence of amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, supermarket, parks, tennis court, badminton court, library, and gym within the community would provide convenience and a good quality of life. The greenery, well-maintained parks, and peaceful environment with a lake view point
Things need improvement
The lack of metro connectivity nearby can be inconvenient for residents who rely on public transport. The frequent power cuts and high maintenance charges might disrupt daily life and add to living expenses. Additionally, the small size of the swimming pool for kids and the absence of a playground for older kids could limit recreational opportunities within the community.

Good things here
Transportation options like autos are readily available. Having both basement and outdoor parking facilities is convenient. The construction quality and ventilation are good. Elevators are well-maintained, with six in a single building. The clubhouse offers a wide range of amenities including a swimming pool, departmental store, beauty parlour, gym, library, and squash court. People in the society are cooperative.
Things need improvement
Uber and Ola services are not very reliable due to the society's location slightly outside the city. Seepage issues occur during heavy rains, especially in corner houses. The last painting of the society was not done since 2016. The builder has not fully handed over the society association despite residents occupying buildings since 2016.

Living in this society as an owner would generally be a positive experience due to the well-planned construction, spacious apartments constructed as per Vastu, and excellent security measures with multiple guards always present. The society members are described as kind and helpful, contributing to a harmonious living environment. The infrastructure and greenery are highlighted as attractive features, adding to the aesthetic appeal of the surroundings.
Things need improvement
The lack of connectivity to bus routes is a notable drawback, requiring a walk to the nearest bus stop for public transportation access. Additionally, the supermarket is non-user friendly, and there are issues with garden maintenance leading to mosquito problems. The absence of a playground for individuals above 10 years old may also limit recreational activities within the community.

Good things here
The surrounding people are helpful and interact well with each other. We celebrate many festivals together. Connectivity-wise, within 500 meters, there is a bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, and a school. Street lights are working, and there is good parking space. Amenities include table tennis, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children�s play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance is regular with daily cleaning and garbage collection. There is good water and power supply, and the lift is well-functioning.
Things need improvement
There is a crematorium nearby, causing a strong smell from burning bodies in the society. This creates discomfort and concern among residents, highlighting a need for better odor management solutions.

The presence of multiple parks, greenery, and a lake view point adds to the peaceful and enjoyable living experience.
Things need improvement
The lack of nearby metro connectivity, frequent power cuts, high maintenance charges, and small swimming pools for kids may be drawbacks for some residents. However, the well-maintained club, shops within the society, well-maintained swimming pool, parks, and absence of traffic jams nearby contribute to a comfortable living experience.

Good things here
We celebrate all the festivals together. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby. People in the society are quite friendly . Have not faced any issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water and good electricity supply are there in the society and proper garbage collection happen on daily basis. All the amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society which is a plus point. Good security and parking facilities are also there in the society.
Things need improvement
No problems at all in the society , i am completely satisfied with all the facilities provided . Its a great society, my stay have been very comfortable till now without any issues.

The society is very well-maintained with clean lifts, regular cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning happen. Connectivity is excellent like autos, cabs, metro, and railway station are nearby. The roads are in good condition. The construction is solid with no issues like seepage, leakage, or cracks, and it has good ventilation and ample of sunlight. Amenities include a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, club house and parks. The neighbours are friendly and enjoy celebrating festivals together which is quite impressing.
Things need improvement
I have no issues at all. I am thoroughly enjoying my time here. The facilities are outstanding, and the convenience and comfort they provide are unmatchable.
