Good things here

The connectivity of the society is excellent, with public transport options like auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are conveniently located just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, with proper hygiene practices in place. Garbage collection is done on time, and pest control is also carried out punctually. Issues are resolved promptly whenever they arise. Water supply and electricity are available 24/7 in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative, and cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. A play area for kids is available in the society, adding to the amenities for residents.

Things need improvement

There is an issue regarding parking space, as purchase of parking has to be done, otherwise there's chaos. Those who don't have parking spots park their cars at the main gate or any random open space. There's not enough parking, and there is no basement parking available. The construction quality is average in the society, and issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster issues are not faced in my flat, but they are common in other apartments in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, park, and clubhouse are not available in the society.

Good things here

I like living in this housing society. The construction is very good. There are no cracks, and the rooms get a lot of sunlight. The neighbourhood is friendly, and people are nice. The maintenance is great. The lifts always work, and the cleaning is done regularly. Garbage is collected on time, and the water tank is cleaned often. The railway station is at a good distance, so it is easy to travel. The garden is nice and well-kept. I am happy living here.

There are no amenities except for the garden, which is small. The airport is very far, making it hard to travel. While the construction is fine and the neighbourhood is friendly, I still feel unhappy. The maintenance is okay, but the lack of amenities is a big problem for me. The distance to the airport also makes it inconvenient. Overall, I am not satisfied living here.

Good things here

I appreciate the excellent construction quality, proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting in the society. The connectivity is good, with public transport easily available. The neighbours are very nice, friendly, and cooperative, always ready to help. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard available. Additionally, there is regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste.

However, there are no amenities like a swimming pool or gym, which is a downside. Other than that, I don�t encounter any other issues in the society, and everything else is fine.

Good things here

The connectivity is average and nominal maintenance charges. Few of the things I liked about this society are the pet-friendliness and green space and gardens. Rest is average

There is problem with public transports, also there is a one road only jiski wajah se bht traffic rehta h, maintenane ki baat kru to sewer ki smell bht ati h, parking ka issue h parking alloted nhi h bht log h society m jinke pass parking available nhi h. Seepage, drainage ka problem h, jo material use kiya tha construction m wo accha material nahi tha. Society mswimming pool, gym, clibhouse nhi h. Log bhi acche nahi h help nahi karte h.

Good things here

Local transportation sab jaldi mil jata hai, auto buses everything. log bohot acche hai cooperative hai. market, schools, collages, malls and restaurants sab pass me hai. pani 24*7 available hai. leakage ya wall pr cracks nhi hai. security acchi hai. society me garden hai.

Koi bhi modern amenities nhi hai. builder ne jo promise kiya tha vaisa kuch bhi nhi hai. traffic jam and air pollution bohot hai. parking space sufficient nhi hai sab ko parking allotted nhi hai, kuch log bahar gadi park karte hai. kbhi kbhi power cut hota hai, power backup sirf common area ke liye hai.

Good things here

Ola and Uber are available in the society. There is no pollution in the society. A new shopping mall had opened. There was no issue with parking space. The lifts were well-maintained and secure. Security was good. The flats were quite ventilated, and sunlight also came in. There were gardens and open spaces in the society. People were educated. Pets were allowed in the society.

Local transportation such as autos and buses were not available near the society. There was an issue with water supply in the society; it wasn't properly supplied. There were no restaurants nearby. The area was not developed; it was underdeveloped. Nobody came to collect garbage; we had to go ourselves and dispose of it in the dustbin.

The parking space was good and sufficient for everyone, including visitors. Ola and Uber were available within the society. Garbage collection was done properly, and water was available 24*7. The flats were well-ventilated, and sunlight was abundant. There were no leakages or seepage in the flats. People were nice in the society. There was a small park in the society

There are no facilities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, or park in the society, and there is no allotted parking, which was a major issue. The absence of allotted parking resulted in a lack of maintenance in the parking�area�as�well.

All modern amenities are available in the society. The flats are well-maintained, with no issues of leakage or seepage, and they have good ventilation with ample sunlight. Water is available 24*7, and the society is clean. Auto-rickshaws are easily accessible nearby, and the roads outside the society are in good condition.
