One of the standout features of our society is its robust infrastructure and construction quality. Issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems are virtually non-existent. Residents also benefit from the availability of balconies in their living spaces, providing a personal outdoor retreat. Security is a top priority in our society, with a well-equipped security system in place. We are fortunate to have access to all essential amenities and services within the vicinity, making daily life convenient and enjoyable.

In the washroom, residents sometimes face water supply issues. The connectivity of the society is a bit of a concern, as public transportation options like auto-rickshaws and buses are not easily available around the society, requiring the use of cabs and rapido. The construction quality in the society is average, with occasional issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems being faced. Additionally, other facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are not available in the society.

The panoramic view of Yeoor hills and Upvan Lake is stunning. The amenities are excellent, and the construction quality is top-notch with an earthquake-resistant structure. Impressive fittings include a stainless steel sink, exhaust fan, and geyser. The road connectivity is excellent, with railway stations, airports, and shopping malls nearby. The property also features high-speed elevators, power backup, a sewage treatment plant, 24-hour security, rainwater harvesting, and proper garbage disposal.

The residents are very good and kind-natured. Connectivity is also good. It proves that those in charge of this place truly care about everyone's happiness and well-being. It's also simple to get around because there are buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis ready to take you wherever you need to go. The location of the society is very good. Parking areas are available. Important spots like markets services and schools are nearby and easy to reach.

There were a lot of issues in the society amenities were not maintained and maintenance was very poor. The society needs renovation. There were issues of seepage and ceiling construction quality was so poor.

The connectivity was good, autos were easily available. The roads near the society were well-maintained, and there were no traffic issues. There were no leakages or seepages. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. Sufficient parking was allocated for visitors and residents in the society.

The metro station and local railway station were not near the society; one had to take an auto to reach them. The metro station was 6 km away from the society.

Good things here

Good society with both the hospital and market just 500 meters away, ensuring convenience. There's ample parking space, and the residents are friendly. Moreover, the area is free from pollution, providing a clean environment. Although the swimming pool is available in two phases only, it still adds to the community's appeal.
