Strategically located on the main road, our society enjoys a prime location that adds to its appeal and accessibility. Moreover, the society is meticulously maintained, with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene. Regular garbage collection and timely pest control measures contribute to a clean and hygienic environment for all residents. One of the standout features of our society is its robust infrastructure and construction quality. Issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems are virtually non-existent. Residents also benefit from the availability of balconies in their living spaces, providing a personal outdoor retreat. Security is a top priority in our society, with a well-equipped security system in place. Security guards and CCTV cameras ensure round-the-clock surveillance, while fire extinguishers add an extra layer of safety for all residents. Furthermore, our society boasts a range of amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, all meticulously maintained and fully functional. While the metro station may be located at a considerable distance from our society, I believe that aside from this aspect, our community is exemplary in every way. We are fortunate to have access to all essential amenities and services within the vicinity, making daily life convenient and enjoyable.

The society is always well-maintained and kept clean, with proper hygiene practices in place. Garbage collection is carried out on time, and pest control measures are implemented promptly. Residents do not face any significant issues with water supply or electricity in the society. Moreover, people living in the society are friendly and cooperative, actively participating in all festivals celebrated within the community.
Things need improvement
In the washroom, residents sometimes face water supply issues. The connectivity of the society is a bit of a concern, as public transportation options like auto-rickshaws and buses are not easily available around the society, requiring the use of cabs and rapido. The construction quality in the society is average, with occasional issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems being faced. Additionally, other facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are not available in the society.

It's important to note that hospitals are not available nearby the society, which can be a concern in case of emergencies. Additionally, there are no amenities available within the society itself, which limits the convenience and options for residents.

Good things here
The panoramic view of Yeoor hills and Upvan Lake is stunning. The amenities are excellent, and the construction quality is top-notch with an earthquake-resistant structure. Impressive fittings include a stainless steel sink, exhaust fan, and geyser. The road connectivity is excellent, with railway stations, airports, and shopping malls nearby. The property also features high-speed elevators, power backup, a sewage treatment plant, 24-hour security, rainwater harvesting, and proper garbage disposal.
Things need improvement
Everything is very positive in the society at the moment, with no immediate need for improvements. However, adding a swimming pool would be a beneficial addition.

Good things here
The residents are very good and kind-natured. Connectivity is also good. It proves that those in charge of this place truly care about everyone's happiness and well-being. It's also simple to get around because there are buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis ready to take you wherever you need to go. The location of the society is very good. Parking areas are available. Important spots like markets services and schools are nearby and easy to reach.
Things need improvement
There were a lot of issues in the society amenities were not maintained and maintenance was very poor. The society needs renovation. There were issues of seepage and ceiling construction quality was so poor.

Good things here
The connectivity was good, autos were easily available. The roads near the society were well-maintained, and there were no traffic issues. There were no leakages or seepages. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. Sufficient parking was allocated for visitors and residents in the society.
Things need improvement
The metro station and local railway station were not near the society; one had to take an auto to reach them. The metro station was 6 km away from the society.

Malls and restaurants,schools,hospitals are at walkable distance from the society.high security system and proper garbage collection system has been provided in the society.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Build quality is excellent no leakage and seepage issues.Spacious parking for the resident and visitors.

All the modern amenities are present but the problem is its not functional since years now so that can be improve.

Good things here
Good society with both the hospital and market just 500 meters away, ensuring convenience. There's ample parking space, and the residents are friendly. Moreover, the area is free from pollution, providing a clean environment. Although the swimming pool is available in two phases only, it still adds to the community's appeal.
