Good things here
Living here is wonderful. The place is clean and well-maintained, with round-the-clock security ensuring safety. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Things need improvement
There are some drawbacks to consider in this area. The roads are narrow, which can cause traffic issues. Additionally, there are concerns about leakage and seepage in the buildings, possibly due to their age.

Good things here
There are several modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, salon, garden, and basketball court, all well-maintained. There are also facilities for various sports. The lifts, CCTV, and security are excellent. Nearby, there are malls, vegetable shops, and grocery stores. Maintenance is very good, with regular cleaning, keeping the society very neat. Garbage collection is always on time. The society is surrounded by easy access to public transport like autos and rickshaws. All festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Navratri are celebrated with enthusiasm in the society. During the rainy season, there are no issues with waterlogging or network problems. The construction quality is good, with proper ventilation, and the plaster and fittings are of high quality. There is both covered and uncovered parking available in the society.
Things need improvement
However, there is no metro connectivity nearby. While there is a market close by, it doesn't have all the necessary amenities, so improvements could be made in that area. Overall, everything else is running very smoothly in the society and it's in great shape.

Society has an excellent parking area with ample space and no issues like leaks or damage. The buildings are solidly constructed with meticulous attention to detail. Residents enjoy amenities such as a high-quality gym and a pristine swimming pool, showing the management's dedication to improving living standards. The neighborhood is well-connected with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to access nearby services. Additionally, a spacious park enhances the area, providing a pleasant environment for children to play and fostering a strong sense of community among residents.
Things need improvement
There were issues of construction quality there were the seepage and leakage issues in the society. Maintenance needs improvement. And therew as no cctvs camera.

Good things here
Connectivity is very good with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and railway station. The roads are also good. Maintenance is excellent. Lifts, cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning are all done well despite the high fees. The construction is generally good. There is good ventilation and sunlight. The neighbourhood is friendly, and people celebrate festivals together. The security and housekeeping staff are very nice.
Things need improvement
Tennis court gets damaged by rain, parking space is inadequate, and there are leakage and seepage issues in the building. Some amenities are missing in the society.

Living here has its challenges due to guest parking being a significant issue. It's often difficult for visitors to find parking spaces, which can be frustrating. Improving guest parking arrangements would enhance the overall living experience.

All the modern amenities were there in the society and Tenant were allowed to use every amenities without paying extra charges.

Good things here
Maintenance of society is good with functional lifts , good water and electricity supply. Neighbourhood is friendly and well- mannered. All the amenties such as gym, swimming pool, garden and club house are provided in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity of society lacks due to unavailability of cabs and autos , only local train is available for the transportation. There are problems like leakage and seepage in the society.

Good things here
This area has excellent connectivity, with everything you need within 200 meters, including markets, hospitals, and schools. There's also a gym, clubhouse, and garden area for recreation. Public transport is readily available, and there's plenty of parking space
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are quite high at Rs 12000.
