Additionally, allocated parking for all residents ensures that parking is not a source of stress or inconvenience. The efficient maintenance of the society, including regular garbage collection and cleanliness, contributes to a pleasant living environment. It's reassuring to know that issues are resolved promptly, and water and electricity are available around the clock. The good construction quality of the buildings, along with proper ventilation and sunlight in your flat, ensures comfort and durability. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds to the safety and security of the society, providing residents with peace of mind.

The lack of cooperation and friendliness among residents, as well as uncooperative committee members, can create a negative atmosphere and hinder community cohesion. Limited public transport availability can also be inconvenient for residents, especially those who rely on public transportation for commuting. The absence of facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids can impact residents' quality of life, especially in terms of recreation and leisure activities. Additionally, stray dog issues within the premises can be a safety concern and cause discomfort for residents, especially if there are concerns about aggression or disease transmission.

I find it really convenient to have easy access to various modes of public transportation like autos and buses right outside our society�it makes getting around a breeze. And it's great to see how well our society is maintained and kept clean, with regular garbage collection ensuring a hygienic environment. I also appreciate how quickly any issues are taken care of, and the fact that we usually have a consistent water supply, both of which are really important for my comfort and well-being. It's reassuring to know that these aspects are well-managed here. Plus, the construction quality of our buildings is top-notch, and my flat gets plenty of ventilation and sunlight, which adds to the comfort and durability. I'm really grateful that we haven't had to deal with any seepage or leakage issues�that's always a relief.

Having poor plumbing work in our society is indeed frustrating and can lead to various inconveniences. It's essential to address this issue promptly to ensure that we have a functioning plumbing system that meets our needs without causing disruptions. Parking shortages are also a significant concern for me. It can be challenging to find parking space, especially during peak hours or if there are limited spaces available.

The neighbors are friendly, and we celebrate festivals together. The lifts are installed and maintained timely, and there are CCTV cameras and a security guard available for safety.

This absence limits recreational opportunities for residents. I left the society a few years ago. During my stay, autos and cabs were readily available, making transportation convenient. The maintenance was commendable, particularly since it was a new society at the time, ensuring everything was in good condition. The presence of CCTV cameras and lifts added to the security and accessibility. Fortunately, there were no issues related to seepage or leakage. The neighbors were not only good but also friendly.

During my time in the society, the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were under construction as the society was relatively new.
