I am a resident of CBR Akshaya. This is a gated society with 24/7 security monitoring. There are CCTV cameras everywhere. There are large outdoor spaces that offer a calm and serene environment.

The housing complex of CBR Akshaya has provisions for parking but there are not enough spaces for visitors’ parking. This is one of the issues of this society. Otherwise, it is a well-maintained residential society.
