In the society, daily garbage collection is done, and cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. The housekeeping staff does their job very well. My flat has good ventilation and receives ample sunlight. The maintenance charges are justified. The society has all modern amenities, which are well-maintained. All public transport is easily accessible from the society.
In the society, during the rainy season, the basement often fills with excessive water, leading to leaks and numerous cracks. Some residents are friendly and cooperative, while others are not as much. Previously, festivals were celebrated enthusiastically, but the current committee responsible for organizing them is not very efficient. Drinking water mostly comes from tankers; about 10-12 tankers arrive daily. We faced water supply issues in the last two months, but everything is fine now.

The major advantage of this society is its central location in Bangalore, with excellent connectivity. The metro is just around 900 meters away from the society, and all schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located within a radius of 1 to 2 kilometers. Maintenance is top-notch, with frequent check-ups, good water supply, and power backup facilities for everyone. Construction is also excellent, with no cracks in the walls. The amenities, including the gym, clubhouse, and play area, are well-maintained within the society. Moreover, everyone is friendly and celebrates all the festivals.
The only drawback I see is the broadening entrance into society, which I find unfavorable.

Extremely clean and maintained society. Great commuting options available. Infront of main road and within walkable distance of Lulu Mall and Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna metro station.
Lot of construction going on nearby so it tends to get slightly noisy. Located in a prominent area with a major mall close by so it can get slightly crowded.

Premium residential project. The project promotes comfortable living by providing the best quality facilities. The sales team is excellent and the project also connects airports, IT parks, shopping malls, colleges, and many more. Overall, the terrain is nice and the atmosphere is nice.

It is a good project. Facilities provided like 24 hours water supply, CCTV cameras, security system, street lights, solar lighting, water storage, and much more. The residential project is well planned and designed for the residents. The apartments are spacious and pocket-friendly.
