Furthermore, there are parks, a gym, jogging tracks, and open areas for kids to play and remain healthy. It is a perfect project for living life peacefully because everything is available right inside the premises.

The neighborhood is well connected to the rest of the city. Roads are in good condition and it is safe for everyone as 2 security guards take care of the security. However, the construction is not so good and requires regular maintenance along with proper cleanliness. Otherwise, connectivity is good and you can reach the railway station in just a few minutes or book a cab easily without facing any problems.

Yashwant Nagar, Siddharth Colony, BPCL, Tata Colony, and Rahul Nagar are some of the most well-known colonies in the area. Markets, shops, stores, colleges, and schools are accessible within a few minutes' walk. A power supply is good and the security is also up to the mark as there is regular police patrolling that ensures high levels of security for not just the residents but also the visitors.

Chembur is a mixed-use residential and commercial neighborhood in East Mumbai. Connectivity is simply good as all public transport is easily available even the nearest railway station is hardly a few minutes away. Green parks and plants make the environment clean and pollution-free. However, there is a traffic jam on the outside road. The construction quality is very good! There is a water shortage or power problem which makes life more comfortable.
