Living in my society offers numerous conveniences and amenities that greatly enhance my quality of life. I appreciate the easy accessibility of public transportation options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs right outside our community, which makes it effortless to travel around the city. Having market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants nearby is incredibly convenient for me as it allows me to easily access essential goods and services. I'm grateful for the society's location on the main road and its proximity to a metro station, which further improves connectivity and accessibility. I'm pleased to say that I haven't encountered any major traffic issues, and the roads around our society are generally in good condition, making commuting hassle-free. Additionally, the effective drainage system ensures that waterlogging issues are minimal, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. The society's maintenance standards are impressive, with regular garbage collection and timely pest control measures being carried out. The availability of basement parking and functional lifts adds to my convenience as a resident. I'm particularly satisfied with the high-quality construction of our buildings, and having a balcony adds to the comfort of my living space. Furthermore, the robust security system, including security guards and CCTV cameras, provides me with peace of mind regarding safety. Moreover, the availability and proper maintenance of amenities like swimming pools and clubhouses contribute to my overall enjoyment and well-being.
Things need improvement
As a resident, I understand that pet dogs are allowed in our society, but there are certain rules and guidelines that must be followed to ensure harmony and safety for all residents and their pets.

The residents benefit from a range of amenities designed to enhance their living experience. Elevators are installed and well-maintained for easy access to all floors, while CCTV cameras and round-the-clock security guards ensure safety and peace of mind. The buildings boast excellent construction quality with no seepage or termite issues, along with proper ventilation and high-quality plaster and fittings. Regular garbage collection, including segregation of wet and dry waste, helps maintain cleanliness. Residents enjoy uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply, along with designated parking for each resident. Modern amenities such as a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained, fostering a sense of community. Additionally, our neighborhood offers good connectivity and easy access to public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, with schools, hospitals, and markets conveniently located nearby. With friendly neighbors who look out for each other, living here is both comfortable and enjoyable.
Things need improvement
As of now, I cannot think of anything within our society that requires improvement. Everything seems to be in excellent condition, and I am satisfied with the facilities and amenities provided.

Good things here
Water supply is available 24/7, and there are no leakage or seepage issues; ventilation is good. All modern amenities are well-maintained. The society is clean, and residents are cooperative, celebrating all festivals together. Sufficient parking is available for residents. The metro is under construction, and once operational, it will be within walking distance from the society. Auto rickshaws are easily available nearby, and the roads outside the society are in good condition.
Things need improvement
The local railway station is not nearby; one has to travel a bit to reach it. Parking available for visitors in the society is limited. Additionally, ongoing metro construction near the main roads adjacent to the society is causing traffic issues.

Good things here
The connectivity around the society is excellent, with auto rickshaws available just outside the main gate and a bus stand nearby. This ensures there are no problems in coming and going. Additionally. The lifts in the society are properly maintained, and cleanliness is well-maintained. The construction quality is also good, with no issues of water leakage. Furthermore, the residents of the society�are�fine.
Things need improvement
Overall, the society is quite good, so there isn't much need for improvement. However, I feel that there should be grocery shops in the society. While there is a medical store and several other shops, they are not sufficient for groceries, leading to the inconvenience of having to go to the market�for�groceries.

Good things here
The society was spotless, and there were no problems with leaks, seepage, or cracks. Water was always available, day and night. Any issues that popped up were dealt with promptly. Everyone in the community was helpful and cooperative. Plus, all the modern amenities and lifts were in great condition. Parking was never a hassle, and autos were readily available nearby.
Things need improvement
The local railway station is about 6km from the society, while the highway is just 1km away. However, it's worth noting that the flats here don't have balconies.

Allocated parking is provided for both owners and visitors, adding to the convenience of living in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is subpar, with seepage issues predominantly observed in the bathroom area. Additionally, there is limited power backup available, only for the common areas of the apartment. Water supply issues are prevalent across the entire Thane area, managed by the BMC.

The build quality was excellent, with no issues reported. The atmosphere was serene and tranquil, contributing to a peaceful living environment. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained, including allocated parking for both owners and visitors. A high-security system was in place for the residents' safety. People were friendly and cooperative, and all festivals were celebrated in the society, fostering a sense of community spirit.
Things need improvement
However, the railway station was distant from the society, which could be inconvenient for residents relying on public transportation. Additionally, power backup was only available for common areas such as the lift and lights, which may cause inconvenience during power outages.

Good things here
This society belongs very well educated and high gentry of the people. Connectivity is really good and the quality of the roads is fantastic there are no water logging and traffic issues around the society. Proper vantilation is there in the society as there are no building beside the society. High security system has been provided and all the areas are under cctv survilance and even biomatrix facilities are there in the society. Construction quality is really great there no seepage till now.
Things need improvement
Public transport is not near by the society like there is no bus stop or railway station near by the society. Club house is smaller as compare to number of the people staying in kalpataru.

Good things here
Connectivity of the apartment was good there were schools and hospitals near by the society. Local transport facilities were easy to approach near by the society. All the modern amenities were present at that time in the society and very well maintained. High security system in the society as there were cctv in all over area. Cleaniness was good timely mopping and sweeping is done in the society. Socialism was also good as all the festivals were celebarted in the society.
Things need improvement
Quality of the construction was poor as there were frequent issues regarding seepage and which was resolving because there was internally problem in construction.

The quality of the roads outside the society was excellent and wide, so traffic issues were not present around the society. The build quality was excellent, and there were no issues regarding the society. Rooms were spacious and well-ventilated. All modern amenities were available, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, open space, and everything was well-maintained and provided free of charge. Allocated parking was available for owners, and rent was reasonable. Maintenance services were prompt, and people were good. All festivals were celebrated.
Things need improvement
The railway station was a bit far away from the society, but bus services were easily available. Visitor parking was not available. Power backup connections were provided fully for common areas and a few sockets in each unit.
