Transportation and connectivity in the vicinity of our society are excellent, with autos and cabs readily accessible. Nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants offer convenient amenities for residents. Proximity to hospitals ensures quick access to healthcare services, enhancing residents' well-being. Traffic congestion is rarely a concern, contributing to smoother commutes. The road quality outside the society is commendable, with functional street lights ensuring safety. The society maintains high standards of security with well-maintained CCTV systems and lifts. Timely garbage collection services contribute to a clean and hygienic living environment. Residents benefit from uninterrupted water supply and electricity, with no reported issues regarding availability.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the society does not provide a parking area, which can be inconvenient for residents with vehicles. Mobile network issues occasionally occur within the society, impacting communication for residents. The construction quality in the society is subpar, leading to issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems in certain flats. It's concerning that painting and waterproofing have not been conducted in the society for the past four years, potentially compromising the structural integrity and aesthetics of the buildings. The absence of fire exits in case of emergencies poses a significant safety risk for residents. Lack of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or play area for kids detracts from the quality of life for residents. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of friendliness and cooperation among the residents, hindering the development of a supportive community environment.

Reliable power backup ensures essential services remain uninterrupted during outages, also contributing positively. On a positive note, the community's enthusiastic celebration of festivals fosters a vibrant cultural atmosphere and enhances community cohesion.
Things need improvement
The absence of swimming pools limits recreational options within the community, which is considered a significant drawback. Additionally, there are concerns regarding aging houses, with issues such as seepage and water problems impacting the living conditions. Maintenance issues, including poorly maintained lifts and the absence of functioning cameras within them, further contribute to residents' discomfort and safety concerns.

Good things here
I am a former resident of the society. connectivity is good as andheri local station is nearby for local train. Taxi, cabs are also accessible. Garbage is disposed & collected on time. Bijli, paani theek se aata tha. Construction quality is good, balconies are there in flats, with good ventilation. Lifts are well maintained, parking space is allotted.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks in society. During rains, waterlogging ka issue hota tha society mein with minor seepage, leakage issue in flats. I did not interacted much with the residents so can't tell about them.

Good things here
Stayed here for 1 month only the connectivity, with public transport options such as autos, buses, and cabs available within walking distance. Local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores are located nearby. The metro station is also close to the society. The premises are well-maintained and kept clean. 24/7 drinking water and electricity supply, and garbage was collected on time every day.
Things need improvement
Major issue in the society was, it is located near the meat market because of which there was a really bad smell of meat due to which they could not open the window.

Good things here
I am a former resident in the society. Connectivity of society was nice, I used public transport and local metro, auto, cabs all were available. Maintenance charges are nominal, kooda wagera time se uth jata tha. Log acche the society mein, festivals celebrate hote the society mein.
Things need improvement
Balcony nahi tha society mein, ventilation ka issue tha. Amenities were there but they were not accessible to tenants. This should be resolved, these facilities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse should be accessible to tenants also.

This society is well-connected, so transportation options like auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses are easily accessible. Garbage collection and disposal are done promptly, maintaining cleanliness in the society. The neighbors are helpful and friendly. There are no major issues with seepage or leakage.

The society doesn't have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or parks; it's pretty basic in that regard. Additionally, there are some issues with waterlogging during rainy seasons.

Former resident. Metro was 400 meter away from the society. All local trasport facillities were availbel within walking distance. For daily items supermarket and kirana stores are available nearby.
Things need improvement
It was new society when i was living there that's way there was no cctv installed or security in the society, no gym or swimming pull in the society which is minus point

The security system is robust, with CCTV surveillance, security guards, and the use of security apps. Overall, the residents are friendly and cooperative, contributing to a harmonious community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
There's some noise pollution due to the society's proximity to the main road and nearby Metro station. Additionally, the windows are not soundproof, which can contribute to the noise issue. At the time, facilities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids were not available in the society. Furthermore, cultural events and festivals were not celebrated within the society during that period.

Good things here
This society was conveniently located just opposite the railway station, so connectivity was not a concern. At that time, it was a newly constructed building, and there were no issues regarding anything. The society was safe, secure, and cleanliness was also maintained properly.
Things need improvement
The major drawback of the society was the lack of amenities. During my time there, there were no facilities such as a gym, pool, or any other amenities available in the society.

Good things here
People in the neighborhood are very sweet and they celebrate all the events together with great zeal. Guards of the society are very attentive and even at night they were super awake and looked after the society pretty well. The locality is very easily accessible as its mainly on the road and no issue with public tranportation or markets
Things need improvement
Due to BMC work in the locality, there is an issue with the inbuilt pipes and roads. Due to pipes issue, there is also a water issue for the people residing in the society. Other than the water issues, there is nothing in the society that needs to be improved.
