Having public transportation options like autos, buses, and rickshaws easily accessible right outside our society makes commuting a breeze. It's incredibly convenient to have market areas, grocery stores, and schools nearby, simplifying daily errands and activities. I appreciate the timely garbage collection, which helps maintain cleanliness and hygiene within our community. The abundance of windows in our living spaces allows for excellent ventilation and ample sunlight, creating a bright and airy atmosphere indoors. Knowing that we have security guards and CCTV cameras in place adds to my peace of mind regarding safety within the society. And having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse right here in our society is fantastic.
The lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance can negatively impact the living environment and residents' well-being. Additionally, a reliable water supply is essential for daily activities, so it's concerning that water is not received on time. Prompt action by the society management is crucial when issues arise to ensure the timely resolution and prevent further problems. A sense of community and cooperation among residents is vital for fostering a positive living environment. It's unfortunate that there seems to be a lack of friendliness and willingness to socialize, which can lead to a disconnect among neighbors and a lack of shared celebrations like festivals.

The connectivity is excellent with public transport easily available. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. The construction quality is top-notch with no seepage or termite issues, and the ventilation is proper. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation, and 24/7 electricity and water supply. Security is ensured with CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard.
There is no swimming pool, but that�s not an issue for me. It�s hard to judge my neighbors as most of them are tenants who might move out, but overall they seem nice. Other than that, everything in the society is fine.

This is a basic society of the old-school type with excellent connectivity. It is easy to get autos, cabs, metro, and the railway station. The roads are in good condition. Maintenance is good, with well-kept lifts, cleaning, and regular water tank cleaning. The buildings are solid with no seepage, leakage, or cracks. There is plenty of ventilation and sunlight. The neighborhood is very friendly.
Too basic society providing almost no amenities such as children's play area, swimming pool, gym, club, or multipurpose court. Infrastructure is also basic .

There are a total of 142 in the project. Malls, PVRs, Clubs, Restaurants, and other amenities are all close by, and practically all forms of cabs, such as Ola and Uber, arrive on time because there are no connectivity or traffic issues. You will feel safer if you have CCTV cameras installed by security pros. Cabs arrive on schedule since public transportation is widely accessible and there is little traffic outside.

Here you will hardly have any problems related to the amenities or construction quality because the material used in constructing the homes is of very high quality. The management makes sure that proper maintenance is done without fail. There are no issues regarding cleanliness or maintenance of the roads, parks, etc.

Each of the units' rooms, there is enough cross ventilation and natural light. There are many more pros of these projects like there is a nice clubhouse, gym, and open area with ample parking space which is in abundance and the visitors find it convenient to park their vehicles. Connectivity is too good as the nearest metro station is reachable within 10 minutes. The shopping mall, Bus stop, Bank, school, college, and Hospital, are available.
