Connectivity through services like Ola and Uber makes transportation easily accessible within the society. Residents are known for their respectfulness and friendliness, fostering a welcoming environment. Water facilities operate seamlessly around the clock, ensuring constant availability. Garbage collection is efficient, with daily pickups at specific times. The society offers well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and football court. Flats boast excellent ventilation, allowing ample sunlight and fresh air. Public transportation is conveniently located within 500 meters from the society. Abundant greenery enhances the spacious and environmentally friendly atmosphere. Additionally, a jogging platform provides a convenient space for residents to exercise and enjoy walks.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of lifts is lacking, with frequent repair issues causing inconvenience for residents. Furthermore, the metro station, situated around 2 kilometers away, is currently under construction, compounding transportation challenges. Traffic congestion near the society adds to the commuting difficulties faced by residents.

The society offers various facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The construction quality is commendable, ensuring there are no issues like leaks or seepage. Residents benefit from convenient transportation options, including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it effortless to access essential services and nearby facilities. The society also boasts a reliable water supply and electricity. Its spacious park enhances the community's appeal by providing a pleasant area for children to play and fostering a strong sense of camaraderie among neighbors. The advantageous location ensures easy access to nearby markets, schools, and hospitals, enhancing convenience for all residents. Moreover, the society is equipped with well-maintained CCTV cameras that enhance security, providing peace of mind to everyone living there. Overall, the construction quality was also good.
Things need improvement
There were no issues; everything was just awesome in the society. Maintenance was also proper, and amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are well-maintained.

I absolutely love living here! The connectivity is fantastic, making commuting a breeze. Maintenance is always done on time, ensuring everything is in top-notch condition. The construction quality is excellent, providing a comfortable and secure environment. All the amenities we need are available, and the neighbors are incredibly friendly. Couldn't ask for a better place to call home
Things need improvement
There are no dislikes about the society as it is well-maintained and clean. The locality of the society is excellent, and I haven't faced any discomfort living here

Good things here
I was pleased with the timely garbage disposal and the new construction of the buildings. There were no leakage or seepage issues. The amenities, including the gym, pool, clubhouse, and cricket pitch, were excellent. The neighbors were very friendly.
Things need improvement
It's challenging to identify any areas for improvement as everything seems to be running smoothly and up to standard. The facilities are well-maintained, the community is friendly, and the overall living experience is quite satisfactory.

Arvind Skyland is situated at Jakkur, North Bangalore which is efficiently connected to Bangalore city with roadways, expressways with public transport. The place is well connected to Bangalore-Hyderabad Highway or Bellary Road. Embassy Manyata Business Park is just 2km away from my place. The oldest flying school in India, Government Flying Training School is located in Jakkur. It is so near from top schools such as Ohio Manipal School of Business, Pradeep Education Society and Amrutha Education Society. The place is much accessible to reach my institution easily. This place is also close to Columbia Asia, Icon and Regal hospital with well-equipped health-care facilities. My father is doctor of Columbia Asia and for him, the place is much beneficial.
