Transportation facilities near the society are top-notch, offering convenient access to a nearby metro, railway station, bus services, and various options like autos, cabs, Ola, and Uber. The build quality of the society is commendable, as there are no reported issues of leakages, seepages, or water logging either inside or outside the premises. The well-maintained basement provides ample parking slots for residents. Modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, garden, and park are all available and meticulously maintained by the dedicated maintenance team. Both owners and visitors are provided with allocated parking spaces. Essential fire safety features including fire exits and extinguishers are in place, ensuring residents' safety. Furthermore, round-the-clock electricity and water supply contribute to the comfort of residents. The society is equipped with guards at the entrance and CCTV surveillance in all areas, further enhancing security measures. The approach road quality is excellent, with no noticeable ditches or congestion issues. The management is responsive to complaints, and the maintenance team is proactive in addressing and resolving issues faced by residents in the society.
Things need improvement
Having resided in this society for a considerable period, I'm pleased to report that I haven't encountered any noteworthy issues thus far. In fact, I consider this society to be the best place to live, owing to the abundance of peace and positivity that permeates the environment.

The connectivity here is fantastic, with auto rickshaws and cabs readily available just outside the gates. I can easily access local shops, supermarkets, and even schools without having to venture too far. And the fact that everything is well-maintained and clean adds to the overall pleasant experience. One thing I really appreciate is the efficient garbage collection system. It's reassuring to know that waste management is taken seriously and done on time. Plus, the water supply is reliable, and having access to drinking water 24/7 is incredibly convenient. It's such a relief not having to deal with frequent power outages. And even when it rains heavily, the drainage system works like a charm, preventing any water logging issues. I must say, the construction quality of the buildings here is top-notch. I haven't encountered any seepage, leakage, or plaster issues since I moved in. And with amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and park, there's always something to do to stay active and engaged. Everyone is so friendly and cooperative, always ready to lend a helping hand. And having parking space within the society is a huge convenience, especially in a bustling area like this.
Things need improvement
Overall, I feel fortunate to be part of such a well-run and welcoming community. Any issues that arise are promptly addressed by the management, which just adds to the peace of mind of living here.

The residents have access to numerous pleasant amenities such as an excellent gym facility and a pristine swimming pool. These offerings reflect the deep care and dedication of the management towards ensuring the highest quality of life for all residents. Moving around the area is quite convenient due to the thoughtful arrangement of transportation options including buses auto-rickshaws and taxis. Furthermore meticulous planning ensures that essential facilities like markets services and educational institutions are conveniently located nearby making them easily accessible to everyone in the neighborhood. Additionally the presence of a spacious park adds to the charm of the area, serving as a delightful space for children to engage in playful activities. This communal area further enhances the overall atmosphere of the neighborhood fostering a strong sense of community spirit and happiness among its inhabitants.
Things need improvement
People of the society are good and cooperative and there were no issues with anything everything was good and well-maintained. Amenities were also in good condition.

Having parking available is convenient, and it's reassuring that all rules are followed, with security measures in place noting down all entry and exit numbers. Maintenance is top-notch, with painting done on time, and 24-hour water and electricity availability. It's great to have two lifts available and well-maintained. Additionally, there are no issues like seepage, plaster but the absence of balconies minimizes their impact. Amenities like the play area, clubhouse, gym, etc. , are available and well-maintained, along with CCTV surveillance for added security. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative being helpful in need.
Things need improvement
While there are many positives about the society, but one thing which I think could have made it better was making a balcony in each flat as lack of it creates many problem. Apart from it there are no other major issues.

While the society excels in many areas, the maintenance charges are quite high. Despite the good construction quality and friendly neighbors, the high costs can be a bit burdensome.

Good things here
The maintenance was good and infra is also good. The paint and all was done by us only. Cleanliness was maintained regularly. I like living there, neighborhood was also friendly there.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is fine it was bit far, but within walking distance, not a big issue. I don't know about the bus facilities much there. As of now ola and uber is also available from there so doesn't seem like a big issue.

Good things here
Metro station, auto stand and bus stand everything is near by the society. society is connected to national highway. All modern amenities like gm, play area swimming pool are present.Visitors parking is also available.Built quality was at power as there were no seepage or waterproofing related issues. Security in the premises is also very efficient. Market, schools and colleges are near to the society.
Things need improvement
As Society is connected to the highway due to which there is a major traffic issues which causes long hour jams in front of society.

Good things here
The elevators are maintained regularly. The society is clean. continuous water supply. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents are all friendly and celebrate festivals together. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in my flat. The flats are well-ventilated with ample sunlight. There is parking available inside the society for both visitors and residents. Issues are resolved promptly. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and auto rickshaws are available nearby.
Things need improvement
There are no shopping malls in the area where the society is located. The metro station nearby is under construction but has not yet been completed.
