There is uninterrupted 24-hour water and electricity supply. Various festivities, from New Year to Christmas, are celebrated within the community. Adequate parking, both for owners and visitors, is available in the basement area, which remains free from water logging. The security system is robust, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas, supported by round-the-clock security guards and app-based security features. Additionally, the society is pet-friendly, and the residents are known for their friendly�demeanor.
The railway station is far from the society, and there is no nearby metro station yet, as it is still under construction. The build quality of the society is not excellent, as the construction has aged, resulting in leakage and seepage issues, which the team is currently addressing. Additionally, the lifts are older models and occasionally stop working, posing a concern for residents. Power backup facilities are limited, with only one lift in the society being powered by recently installed�solar�panels.

All amenities, including the swimming pool, clubhouse, social areas, and gym, are available and well-maintained. Allocated parking spaces for both owners and visitors are provided. The community is friendly, with no discrimination between genders observed. Safety features such as CCTV surveillance and round-the-clock guard availability enhance the overall living experience positively. In summary, living in that society was a positive experience.
Public transport facilities are not readily available near the society, with the railway station situated a considerable distance away, and ongoing construction of a metro in the area. In my opinion, the rooms are poorly designed, lacking adequate space and proper ventilation. The overall build quality is substandard, with leakage issues being a prominent concern in the society. Additionally, tenants are required to pay extra charges to access amenities, which is a drawback.

The society features spacious lifts, including a service lift, and all areas are under CCTV surveillance. The community is welcoming, and all functions and festivals are celebrated within�the�society.
One of the significant drawbacks of this society is occasional prolonged power cuts, with power backup facilities limited to common areas such as lifts and common lights. To address this issue, many residents opt to use individual inverter facilities for their�residences.

Public transport facilities around the society are limited, as the railway station is distant, and there are no nearby metro facilities, as the metro project is still under construction.

The society has all the amenities gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, and garden. The construction quality is fantastic here, with excellent plastering and fittings,paint is also fresh and looks great. ,. grocery stores, malls, markets, and even a hospital nearby. The metro station is conveniently close, and there's never any waterlogging issue. The roads are of great quality. Garbage collection is always on time, and the lifts and CCTV work perfectly. Security guards take their responsibilities seriously. All festivals, including Diwali and Holi, are celebrated with enthusiasm.
The parking area should be a bit bigger to accommodate more cars. It feels like there's not enough space considering the number of cars. Other than that, I don't have any issues with the society.

The society has lifts, CCTV cameras, and security guards that are well-maintained. Public transport like autos and buses are easily available around the society. The society offers modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, park, and gardens, all well-maintained with timely cleaning. There are malls, markets, schools and hospitals all nearby. Residents enjoy spending time in the gardens. Garbage collection is punctual, and cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. Ventilation is good, and there are no problems with seepage or leakage . Water logging isn't a big issue either.
The network sometimes has issues,there is no metro connectivity here. but otherwise everything is running smoothly. There's no need for any improvements.

Auto services are available, with allotted parking inside the society, good road quality, new building with no need for painting, reliable water and electricity supply, available gym, clubhouse, and play area, clean surroundings, and a generally cooperative community.
There are no bus services available, the roads are narrow, there is uncertainty about garbage segregation and collection, construction quality is mediocre, occasional seepage and minor cracks are present, and there is a major issue with 15-20 stray dogs entering the society that requires serious action as the guard is unable to manage them effectively.

Everything in the society was great when I used to live there five years ago. The connectivity was good, with nearby hospitals and malls. Maintenance was top-notch, and they provided drinking water regularly. The construction quality was excellent, and all the amenities, including the clubhouse, were fantastic. The neighborhood was friendly and welcoming.
The only downside was the distance to the airport and railway stations, which were quite far. It sometimes posed a challenge, especially during travel times. Despite this, everything else about the society was perfect and enjoyable.

This neighborhood is in a prime location, near the highway with excellent connectivity. Hospitals, schools, and the local market are all just a 5-minute drive away, which is very convenient. Plus, the society offers all modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, making it a comfortable place to live.
