Living in this housing society offers several appealing features. Despite the lack of a nearby metro station, the area remains spacious and accommodating, which is a rare find in Mumbai. The construction quality is excellent, ensuring sturdy and aesthetically pleasing homes. Maintenance is satisfactory, contributing to a comfortable living environment. The society boasts friendly residents who contribute to a welcoming community atmosphere, making it easy to settle in and feel at home
Things need improvement
The connectivity can be challenging without a nearby metro station, making commuting more difficult for residents who rely on public transportation. While amenities are decent, there may be opportunities to enhance and diversify them further to better cater to residents' needs. Social life, while rated as satisfactory, could benefit from more diverse and regular activities to foster stronger community bonds and enhance overall satisfaction among residents. Addressing these areas could significantly improve the overall living experience in this housing society. One consistent problem of water supply is there.

Good things here
The people here are very friendly and cooperative, creating a pleasant environment in the society. Maintenance is top-notch, with cleanliness and lift maintenance carried out promptly. Issues are resolved quickly, ensuring a hassle-free living experience. The flats are spacious and well-ventilated, enhancing comfort. Amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Since the society is 13 years old, there are some minor wear and tear issues. The maintenance of the society should ideally be done at intervals of 4-5 years, but in these 13 years, maintenance has only been carried out once. As a result, there are some issues like painting not being done for a long time. Plans are now being made to address these maintenance tasks. It's crucial to perform these tasks regularly as it extends the life of the building and the overall society.

I usually rely on my personal vehicle for transportation, although there are convenient public options such as autos, buses, and cabs available outside the society, ensuring good connectivity. Adequate parking is provided, and the surrounding roads are well-lit. However, the society lacks amenities like a gym or swimming pool, although nearby markets, schools, and restaurants are easily accessible. Seepage or leakage issues are non-existent, and garbage collection is conducted promptly. The community actively celebrates cultural events, and residents are known for their friendliness. Moreover, the society is accommodating to pets, with owners ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
Things need improvement
Everything in this society is running smoothly, and I haven't encountered any issues. Maintenance is up to date, and I don't see any need for improvement at the moment.

Good things here
Connectivity is simply amazing with all public transport options such as autos and rickshaws readily available. The people living here are very friendly and cooperative. The construction materials used are of good quality, as the flats appear newly constructed. The cleanliness of the society is maintained daily, so overall maintenance of the society is just amazing.
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, or kids' play area available in the society, as the builder did not promise to provide these amenities to us. However, all these facilities are available nearby. Therefore, those who wish to use them can obtain membership in the nearby areas and utilize these amenities.

Good things here
The flat has good ventilation with enough sunlight. There are no issues of leakage or seepage. Cleanliness is well maintained in the society. The residents are very nice and live harmoniously, celebrating festivals together. Public transport is easily available, and the roads near the society are well maintained. The lifts are also well maintained.
Things need improvement
The society has all modern amenities, but they are not well maintained. The gym lacks sufficient equipment, and the swimming pool is not well maintained. The water supply in the society is also inadequate.

The society boasts all modern amenities that are well-maintained. Residents are respectful, and festivals are enthusiastically celebrated. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are diligently upheld, with no issues of leakage or seepage reported. Traffic is not a concern within the society, and connectivity is excellent, with convenient availability of autos and buses.

The drinking water supply in the society is occasionally insufficient, necessitating the occasional use of tankers sourced from outside the society.

Good things here
The society was conveniently located on the main road, with easy access to everything nearby. The presence of a railway station and bus stop nearby made transportation convenient. The spacious and well-designed rooms, along with attached balconies, added to the appeal. Moreover, the society was well-maintained, offering a neat, clean, and hygienic environment for residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality has deteriorated over time, leading to leakage and seepage issues in the apartment. Additionally, there are no amenities available near the society except for the parking area.

Good things here
There are good schools and hospitals near by the society.Build quality is great as there are no issues regarding seepage and leakage in the society.Parking area is spacious and allocated for owners and visitors.All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,club house ,gym,kids play area,football turf,basketball turf etc.Safety was priority so during nights all the lights were on and cctv are also available.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.maintenance charges are reasonable in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up is available for common light and lift.Railway station is 5km away from the society though bus facilities are accessible easily.

Good things here
There is schools and hospitals near by the society even though there are mall and restaurants near by the society,local transport is eay to approach as well. All the modern amentiies are there in the society and eveything is fully functional and well mainatined. Good security system in the society,cleaniness is also great in the society. All the festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Quality of the construction is not that great like there are issues regarding seepage in the society rather than this eveything is good in this society.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is available near the society, it's at a 5mins of walkable distance. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and works properly. facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available and functional in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the buildings is average, sometimes seepage and leakage issues are faced in the apartments but those are very minimal.
