Good things here
The people are friendly; we celebrate many festivals together like Halloween, New Year, Ramanavami, Navarathri, Diwali, and Holi. Location-wise, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and medical shops within 500 meters. Booking Ola or Uber is easy. The road conditions are good, street lights function properly, and there's ample parking space. Maintenance-wise, they collect Rs. 4000 monthly and garbage at 9:30 every morning. There's good water and power supply, and the lift operates well. Amenities include basketball, billiards, indoor games, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, walking track, community hall, and children's play area. Construction-wise, there are no seepage issues; rooms are well-ventilated.
Things need improvement
The passage in their society is not being mopped or cleaned properly, causing inconvenience to residents. Immediate attention is needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards effectively.

Good things here
Looking back to five years ago, this place had a lot of potential. Even with the construction going on, you could tell it was going to be something special. The plans for amenities and the overall layout seemed promising. It was exciting to be part of a growing community.
Things need improvement
The connectivity was a real pain back then. With all the construction, getting in and out was like navigating a maze. And public transport options? Forget about it. It felt pretty isolated at times. Hopefully, they've sorted that out by now, 'cause it was the only major downside.

A wonderful community with plenty of amenities and a strong sense of togetherness. Celebrating festivals together must be a great way to bond and enjoy each other's company. Having essential facilities like bus stops, supermarkets, and schools nearby definitely adds to the convenience of daily life. Plus, good road quality and street lights enhance safety and accessibility. The availability of parking space is always a plus, as are recreational amenities like table tennis, basketball courts, and swimming pools. It's reassuring that maintenance is well taken care of, with proper lift upkeep and reliable water and power supply. And of course, leak-free walls and well-ventilated balconies contribute to a comfortable living environment.

The society has a nearby bus stop, and there are also a few hospitals located in the surroundings. Additionally, the biggest positive aspect of this society is its reasonable pricing, including maintenance charges, along with well-maintained amenities such as a pool, parking, and a clubhouse. Furthermore, the security of the society is excellent, ensuring resident's safety.

This society has several drawbacks, such as the poor condition of the walking path, which needs to be repaired. Additionally, the limited space in the park is inconvenient, and the lack of greenery needs improvement.

The environment is very good, and the surroundings are spoken people are very well. Inside, it is very clean, and outside, it is well-maintained. The construction quality is average. Amenities like swimming pool and table tennis are kept very neat.
