Each resident is provided with designated parking, and the society enjoys good connectivity with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs readily available, supported by well-maintained roads. Regular garbage collection includes segregation of wet and dry waste, contributing to cleanliness and sustainability. Elevators are installed and maintained for easy access to all floors. We have 24/7 electricity and water supply, ensuring uninterrupted comfort for all residents. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues related to seepage or termites. Proper ventilation and high-quality plaster and fittings add to the overall living experience. Modern amenities, including a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, are available and well-maintained, providing ample opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Our society is known for its friendly and supportive neighbors, creating a warm and welcoming community. Security is a top priority, with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards ensuring a safe living environment. Overall, these facilities contribute to a high standard of living and make our society a great place to reside
There are a few areas for improvement. The railway station is a bit far, which can be inconvenient for some residents. Occasionally, there are issues with the lift operations, but immediate solutions are usually provided. During the monsoon season, there is a minor issue with seepage. Additionally, a few neighbors can be somewhat disruptive, though most residents are well-behaved and civilized.

We're lucky to have local shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores nearby, making it convenient to access essential services. The roads are well-maintained, and streetlights ensure visibility at night. Parking is never an issue as there's plenty of space available. I'm pleased to say that we don't have any seepage or leakage issues in our apartments, and the ventilation in the rooms is excellent. Plus, we have spacious balconies where we can relax and enjoy the fresh air. The garden and green areas are meticulously maintained, adding to the beauty of our surroundings. Our society boasts fantastic amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, which are all well-utilized by the residents. Security is a top priority, with security guards and CCTV cameras installed throughout the premises. Our elevators are in good working condition and are regularly maintained for everyone's convenience. One of the things I appreciate most about living here is how quickly issues are resolved. Whether it's maintenance concerns or community matters, our management team is proactive in addressing them.

Tenants were allowed to use these facilities without incurring extra charges. Safety measures were top-notch with the use of app facilities, CCTV coverage across all areas, and guards present in shifts around the clock. There was 24-hour availability of electricity and water. Pets were permitted in the society as per regulations set by tenant owners. Maintenance charges were reasonable, and the maintenance team efficiently collected garbage on a daily basis, segregating dry and wet waste within�the�society.
The connectivity to the society is not great, as it is located a bit inside from the main road and there is no nearby metro station. Additionally, there are limited shops nearby, with only one available within the society. This makes it inconvenient to access essential items, as one needs to travel a long distance to procure them. Moreover, allocated parking is not available. Internally, there are problems with leakages due to the cheap quality of materials used by the builder. Unfortunately, these internal leakage issues seem difficult�to�resolve.

The roads around the society are quite broken, leading to waterlogging issues and traffic problems. Additionally, there are no basic amenities within the society such as playgrounds, swimming pools, or gardens. Therefore, I believe there should be a playground and a cricket court for children as we have to travel quite far for them. Moreover, the society lacks its own parking, so we have to park outside which is risky as there is a chance of scratches or damage to the vehicles. These are several problems that need to be addressed, including the need for parking facilities within�the�society.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is available near the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and works properly. The construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in the apartments. there are no such water logging issues inside the society, society has got good drainage system. Amenities and facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Garbage collection is done on time. Mobile network issues are not faced.
There is no such issues faced in the society that needs improvement.

It offered modern amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, gym, park, and garden, all of which were well-maintained. Allocated parking for owners and visitors was provided, and safety was ensured with CCTV surveillance and guards at each entrance. The society maintained cleanliness and hygiene by collecting garbage daily and segregating dry and wet waste. Festivals and functions were celebrated, and overall, the social atmosphere was pleasant with regular gatherings and events among�residents.
The building quality was not great as there were problems with flat leakages, and the owner had to bear the cost themselves. The maintenance team did not address internal flat issues, and the lifts were occasionally non-functional. Additionally, there were problems with water supply�in�the�society.

Maintenance charges were reasonable, and auto-rickshaws were readily available near the society for convenient transportation.
The clubhouse lacked proper maintenance, and the swimming pool often had no water. Additionally, there were leakages in some flats, and issues with the water supply were common within the society.
